It's amazing depending on which employee you get! Some employees just act like they would rather be somewhere else. They could also be a little better with wait times, but overall not a bad experience at all. Very clean and organized.

The customer service was abysmal—staff are very rude. The manager was especially unprofessional, dismissing my concerns without any attempt at resolution.To make matters worse, I was fed blatant lies about the competitor across the street. Trulieve staff claimed competitor sells defective/empty product to customers with no choice to return product, but having shopped there myself, I know their products are of significantly better quality. It’s disappointing to see a business resort to dishonesty instead of improving their own offerings and service.I won’t be returning and would recommend others to look elsewhere for better products and honest, respectful service.
