I arrived at about 8:35. Shelby made sure to sigh loudly and act exasperated with me because I was there shortly before close. When I asked if I could look at the pre-roll bin, she walked away from me and made sure to let me know they are closing two times within 120 seconds. She then walked away from me and went straight to the back. I’m not sure she realizes this, but there are plenty of dispensaries to choose from and a lot of people don’t mind driving. I’ll make sure to hit the dispensary in Tallahassee when I get off instead of buying from here. You should, too.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Kyle @ the Marianna location I rate him a FULL FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. He went above & beyond my expectations in the drive thru pickup line. Not only was he moving the line with 4-5 cars ahead of me, but he looked into my rewards and saw that I still had an unused first time discount which saved me a good bit of money. My original order was $150 for the prior day sales, I couldn't make it before close that night, I only come out spending $83.20. awesome job kyle thanks

I dive a long way from Dothan to come to this dispensary. Tried to call the store several times along the way.. I rush and get there 5mins b4 closing time and got turned away. Do they understand the price of gas these days. I have never had an issue until now. Really would suck to have to look for a different dispensary. I’ve been coming here since you all opened. But people have lives and issues that they can’t always make it rite on the dot. But turning me away five mines b4 time really got to me. Seem like none of the employees care about the customer service at this location. 😞

The customer service was abysmal—staff are very rude. The manager was especially unprofessional, dismissing my concerns without any attempt at resolution.To make matters worse, I was fed blatant lies about the competitor across the street. Trulieve staff claimed competitor sells defective/empty product to customers with no choice to return product, but having shopped there myself, I know their products are of significantly better quality. It’s disappointing to see a business resort to dishonesty instead of improving their own offerings and service.I won’t be returning and would recommend others to look elsewhere for better products and honest, respectful service.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
