I've been using Trulieve in Tavernier for over 2 years now. They used to be great, their delivery was also really good. The last 4 orders have been nothing but problems, and all they have are excuses.I'm in Marathon, and it looks like I'll be using one of Trulieves' competitors from now on down in KW. Truelieve’s excuses for delivery are every changing and pathetic.Place order on Thursday, Truelieve’s website scheduled delivery the next day with a 12hr window.Next day, no delivery, day after, no delivery.After 4hrs and multiple customer service excuses, it was determined that Tavineer location is under staffed (first excuse), second excuse was “we’re not sure why they’re scheduling deliveries in 24hrs they can’t meet that” third excuse was that the location ONLY delivers once a week per their discretion….For a business that provides medication for anxiety patients, they’ve really built a system to make anyone feel worse.There’s are dispensaries around this location sucks and can’t resolve my first and only delivery. 👎🏻👎🏻

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Tavernier does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Tavernier online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Everytime I go to this Trulieve, I am always impressed. Their attitude is so helpful and giving. My budtender was the best! Purple haired from Halloween, and full of information, a fun time was had by me. This store should get Trulieve highest achievement award, if that ever occurs to the big bosses. You guys rock!
