Actually, the guy who helped me did more up sailing than any truly I’ve ever been to. It was actually annoying and he wasn’t happy when I didn’t want to buy more stuff. So honestly, I don’t think I would go back unless he wasn’t there.

They're fine but they never give me back the fee they've been charging to use debit, even though they intentionally charge extra with the intent of giving it back to you. Definitely use cash if you go. Probably lost $40 at this point.

Wait times are typically less than ideal, but as a former manager, I see that it is more of a fault of the company, and not a lack of hiring. Everyone is extremely: friendly, patient, & knowledgable. I have never had a bad experience at this location, and more often then not I go out of my way to this location, even though there is a Trulieve closer to me, just because of how personable everyone is. Phenomenal staff.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, but I can't recommend this location just based on wait times alone. Even using express pickup, expect a 30 minute wait at minimum, and that's on a good day. Trulieve, you are making money hand over fist, use some of that money to staff this place!
Everytime I walk back into a Trulieve for a Holiday “sale”, I’m reminded why I stopped going in the first place. There was a huge line and “suddenly” the computers went down. So I waited patiently for an hour while I watch staffers who obviously were not being compensated for there time to be there because everyone was on edge. After waiting patiently for over an hour, I simply asked “how much longer will I be waiting” and was immediately threatened to have to leave the establishment. I did not raise my voice but I was treated like an unruly customer. Never have I felt so embarrassed to an unknowinging crowd that was all waiting for an unknown amount of time. It didn’t stop there after I got inside I was clearly being made to wait longer than anyone else and treated rudely. So with that, there’s no way you are paying your staff well enough to treat your customers with respect especially during a high volume sale that the staff knew would bring a huge influx of customers and were obviously overwhelmed. True is nothing but trash and the bud I got did not live up to the online .
Super friendly staff. They definitely aren’t the issue. but it’s ridiculous express gets to cut every single walk in therefore leaving us walk-ins waiting 45 minutes even when we arrived first. It should go back and fourth in my opinion or just not be a thing at all considering their very high demand in this area. Definitely not a staff issue but a corporation issue. Only dispo that does it this way and it’s not working.
Why does it take a pickup order 45 minutes I thought placing order online was supposed to make it quicker and more convenient not longer and more frustrating it's been like this the last 3 visits
Place is garbage. It doesn’t matter if you order one item or ten items every single time I put an order in at this location it takes them 4-5 hours to put my order together, and if you show up without their text that says your order is ready for pickup, they will make you go back home and wait even longer… OH AND DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING THEIR PHONE THEY DO NOT ANSWER. Not sure how they get so much business, they will not be getting any more of my money I will drive the extra 30 minutes to go to Wesley Chapel to make sure I get taken care of in a timely manner. Maybe their employees need to stop smoking on the job it sure does make them lazy!
Time is to valuable to waste it waiting for a pick up order at Trulieve. Do yourself the favor, drive to another city, get better product because you will probably finish all that before your order gets packed, or your name gets called to place an order. I feel bad for all the front line bud tenders who have to deal with patients who are upset about this. District and regional managers should be embarrassed to even mention their position if they cant get their hands dirty and help move traffic in stores. Its not just this location either, its all Trulieve locations that are like this.
I have a wonderful experience everytime I go here. I had an over the top customer service experience with Jamie the other night. Thanks Jamie but thank you to all who work there!!! Every associate I have ever encountered there has been knowledgeable helpful and friendly.
I am 53 years old, and never in my life have I received such wonderful customer service..AMANDA at Trulieve Zephyrhills was not only knowledgeable about product and pricing, she was a pleasure to deal with!She made me feel important as a customer and appreciated for my business.She happened to be the only person working in the back, so it wasn't because she was training another associate or because a manager was hovering around, she is actually an amazing employee & is what every business strives to achieve when hiring someone to represent their brand.I had been going to other dispensaries due to Trulieve being short staffed, long lines, & the lack of knowledge & the not bad but not great customer service.After my shopping experience with Amanda, I have only shopped at Trulieve since. I have not been in & seen Amanda since the 1st time she helped me, but because of that one interaction, I am now loyal to your brand.Thank you Amanda for respecting my time, my money, & me as a consumer. You truly made me feel appreciated & valued. I hope that Trulieve appreciates & values you, because you are definitely an asset & management material.Thank you!!

Definitely disappointed on what happen while I was there, I checked in online as a pickup and when I got there I checked in up front with Miss Judy. She was great. I let her know that I was modifying my order as I put on Waitly when I checked in. So I’m sitting in the lobby and I get called to go to the express room. (Mind you on the screen it said I was a pickup) I go to the atm, then proceed to go to express a little confused. The person who took care of me in express was very rude. I believe her name was Katrina? That’s what I was told her name was. But I had let her know that I was a pickup and I wanted to add two more flowers to my order. She got upset and started to dispute with me on how I checked in as an express when that wasn’t true. So I stood quiet and she went and grabbed the other two flowers I wanted to get. When she told me my order total she gave me an attitude on the price. I couldn’t understand why she was so uptight on what was going on but it had nothing to do with what I had done. I don’t know, but I used to work there. I don’t feel as though there should be any type on animosity from the employees seeing that it is a medical facility and we should be treated as patients, not just some random person from the streets. Definitely don’t wanna deal with her again whether she may be a manager or just an associate. I’ve never had an issue there until today and it was my first time ever seeing her. Maybe she should take her attitude somewhere else privately before she deals or handles any other patients.
Literally takes forever even if you place your order 3 hours in advance they’ll still make you a “walk in” bc they’re too lazy to fulfill the orderAnd the manager Joseph gives very bad vibes. You can post your generic dry response but bottom line is that this place has the laziest workers and longest wait times around. Just drive into wesley chapel and go to a better dispensary if you can.
45 min wait when the sign says 31 mins girl at the front has had her boyfriend at the regerstier while customers. Is more worried about talking with him than doing her job. As your company keeps progressing your alienating ur more regular customer. I've been waiting on a call back for and hour I called at 930am on July 28 of 2023 and it's now 1031. I've spent more than most and your losing my business to muv hope it's worth it
Absolutely the longest wait times in Central Florida. July 3rd and there is one person on the register, hours long wait, express means nothing they will take walk ins before you. Great product, if you can get it. And they are so slow you better get there before 7 pm or they will make you leave because they can't get to you in time. This place is a dumpster fire.Seriously, you walk into a store 1 1/2 to 2 hours before they close and get told to leave because they are so inept they can't do a job so simple you could train a monkey to do it. A minimum IQ of 72 is required to attend public school, just saying.Edit:As for your non sense reply, it wasn't a disappointing experience. It was the worst customer service experience possible. There will be no continued support and I would advice anyone else to drive 100 miles out of the way rather than deal with your trash excuse for a store.
If you like insanely long waits, lackadaisical service, this is the TL location for ya. Poorly staffed and managed, an embarrassment to the TL brand. Won't order here again, hit TL Wesley Chapel, you'll get faster service driving there than waiting here.
The wait time is ridiculous. Never usually had an issue with the workers, usually good customer service, but only giving workers 15 hours a week when you over tax on your product anyway…? Come on now, there’s too much demand to make us wait over a hour for 1 item, I know so many people who need a job with knowledge, why not put them to work!
No workers. they take someone in every 10 mins and the waiting room is full. Come here if you want to wait over an hour. I was here at 8:15 and they didn't get to see over 7 people and to leave at 9 the works say corporate don't care. Every one is fighting and arguing. Insanely slow ! And they take walk ins before pick ups !! If you have a day to spend then go here. I have to say now that they have gotten much much better. The lady managers are the best ! Great service and have been more efficient and professional.Still , still taking care of walk ins before pick ups or even express ! Ridiculous!Still cater to walk ins express can take for ever ! Shouldn't be this way. 😢40 minutes for an express pick up is not acceptable !!I'm so so glad to have another place to go now !!!!
The wait times can be crazy but sometimes the staff make it worth it. Amanda was so helpful and patient. She was able to give recommendations and educate me. If we could ask for help by name I surely would.
This place is great! The staff is fantastic and always accommodating. If you're one of the customers that's always complaining about waiting in line I suggest you try to grow it yourself. Guarantee it takes longer than 35 minutes. The staff here takes a lot of grief about the wait time but always handle themselves with composure and dignity. Kudos to them!
I showed up as a walk-in and there were probably 12-13 people ahead of me with 40 minutes left until closing. I asked Ms. Donna if I'd be able to make it back and she was honest with me. She said she couldn't promise anything, but I'd be close.I appreciated her being upfront with me, so I decided to wait. Over the next 30 minutes Evan, Ashlynn, Candace, & Clarissa worked hard to make sure every client was able to be served without compromising on the time they had to close. When I was called back, Clarissa was able to get me everything I needed. She was extremely knowledgable about the strains and helped me make my decision.I felt like I was treated pretty awesome for a guy that was the last walk-in. All of he staff were friendly and actually tried their hardest to make sure everyone was helped. Trulieve, thank you. You definitely had your A-Team working that night. I'll be back soon.

The lady at the Zephyrhills location, Jamie, is always taking care of my cannabis needs! Whether it be flower, distillate or just general info of promotions and their limits.Hands down one of the best bets for knowledgeable information. Great location, nice staff, great product, but insanely slow. I’ve placed orders in the morning and not received a ready for pick up text till the next day. I’ve also placed orders several times, told it was ready only to arrive, and be be told it’s a 45 minute wait.I’ve never had that issue from the competitors, curious what the issue is here? As I type this review I’m currently waiting on a text letting me know the order placed this morning is ready. Just wondering if I’ll get it today or not… It’s just a bit frustrating.Missing out on daily deals because my order wasn’t pulled in time is a bit of a bummer.Update to my review 10/22/22Lowered my review to one star now. I emailed the response link as requested, no resolution, just blanket corporate statements…Placed my order yesterday afternoon and just received a text this morning telling me it’s ready. Meanwhile Curaleaf filled my order in less than an hour yesterday when I realized my order won’t be filled AGAIN from here.If you’re in no hurry, and have a day or two to kill Zephyrhills location is perfect for you.
The manager Trevor was very helpful and has great communication skills definitely if I could I would give 10 stars 🙂 he handled my situation that happened last time I shopped. So fantastic and his hospitality felt just like home 🙂
First time at a dispensary and the experience was great. Front receptionist was very friendly and explained the process. Jade was absolutely AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable and so helpful. Wish I lived closer (an hour away) just because she was so nice and very patient! Would highly recommend Trulieve.

They’re the best for customer service, quality is good But be careful because they will short you! if you place an order, and your picking up the next day, but they have run out the day of, they will go through your bag and get what they need. We placed the order the day before and we confirmed we could pick it up the next day, all items were there; but the next day they said items were missing.
This place has been perfect! Clean, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Two of your employees, Mary and Fredrick were by far the best individuals I’ve gotten to experience at the zephyrhills location. A few more of these two lovely people and this location would have no competition.

Love this location. Clean and new and the staff are super sweet, welcoming, and social.Was greeted upon walk in by Mary who was super kind and explained everything to me and then had Richard V. take me back and slowly walked me through everything. Very welcoming environment for those who are new and those who are experienced.
Great staff also for ALL your supplies go see Half Price Tobacco and pipes across the street. At Half Price tobacco and pipes across the street they also give an additional 10% if you show them your medical card. They are compassionate as well what a blessing.

Well to be perfectly honest, in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking into this matter in a different perspective and without being condemning of one's view's and by trying to make it objectified, and by considering each and every one's valid opinion, I honestly believe that I completely forgot what I was going to say. Trulieve is FANTASTIC, but Don't let this distract you from the fact that in 1966, Al Bundy scored four touchdowns in a single game while playing for the Polk High School Panthers in the 1966 city championship game versus Andrew Johnson High School, including the game-winning touchdown in the final seconds against his old nemesis, "Spare Tire" Dixon.
I wanted to wait till i had a personal experience with this location before I rated. Brilliant! The staff is super super friendly. Even the manager came out and chatted with me and my 3 year old. Gave him some stickers for behaving and answer every dumb question I had with a smile and extensive knowledge. I'm beyond impressed! Go here for service you won't regret it

I went to the grand opening on the 16th. 1st, I live in Plant City and I'm so glad they built one close to me.. As far as the store goes, I honestly can't say enough great things. The store is beautiful, the showroom was very impressive. They had vendors and gave out free merchandise. They had a snack truck giving out free mini donuts, handmade Popsicles and drinks! The employees were all extremely friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I literally just got my medical card this week so I really didn't know what I was doing, their manager Taylor came out and personally helped me. She was awesome! After she answered my questions and was off helping others, her staff could be heard secretly saying how great she is. I have never received such wonderful customer service and will continue to only shop there!! Thank you Taylor and everyone at the new Trulieve in Zephyrhills.
