They got rid of the jars and now distribute their product in envelopes which have a pleat in the bottom and a zip block type deal on the top. Really bad decision. I won't be buying there while they have these bags. Difficult to get to your product. Get stuck in pleat and ziplock, storage is also a problem. Just a bad idea.

Prices go up, inventory always the same, cut their hours from 9pm to 8pm, now to 7pm closing time and wonder why they are losing patients. Very nice people but it takes a lot more than just nice people to keep a business running. They've overhauled their rewards, which caused patients to lose all prior reward points and having to start over at 0. Never going back. Hello INSA and GREEN DRAGON!

I was very excited to try product here and prefer to make an order online due to social anxiety and having a physical disability. I am not able to because the site can't find my patient ID number. I am a current patient and have never had issue anywhere else, so this problem is puzzling to me. Hopefully it's a glitch and will go away soon.I'm sure the product and service here are great, just not a super accessible website at the moment.

Best flower around and very reasonable steady prices with a lovely staff. To top that off they don't use pesticides on the flower in the greenhouses like the majority of the competitors. Look for Nerolidol to keep pesticides out of your system, it's sprayed on plants and not good to intake.
