The employees are chill and helpful, but the support is terrible.I had two carts leak in there packaging.A support agent (Wayne McDonald) said that because I had no receipt, they couldn't help. Even though I was in the system and the cartridge's were in their original packaging with intact barcodes, he pulled the footage and saw me there making my purchases, and I was shown in the system to have made the purchases with cash.This is not the first time MUV carts have leaked or burned out.I had an issue with a cart that had a dud coil from RISE. I brought it back in its original packaging, and they swapped it out with a new one within a couple minutes, and they gave me the oil from the old cart to dab with, so nothing went to waste. No receipt was needed due to my being in the system, and the packaging had its barcode intact.

Employees are nice there but they don't do any exchanges. I bought a concentrate that was already a year old, super dark and nasty absolutely no affects. Even after explaining all that they didn't even wanna give me an exchange. Only reason they're on sale is cause they're already a year old cause no one's buying them. Definitely not going back. You're better going to Truelive which is literally right across the street from them

MUV is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. MUV dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If MUV in Miami does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at MUV
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at MUV
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, MUV in Miami online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
