Brew Review – Jefficus Stout by Half Wall Brewery

To have a sports bar with a rather large tap list is nothing new. To have a sports bar with a tap list that makes some of their own beers, that’s a bit surprising.

To have a sports bar chain with massive tap lists that make their own beers and distribute packaged beer to retail locations is practically unheard of.

But here we are with Half Wall Brewery.

Originally founded in Port Orange, they have since expanded to New Smyrna Beach and Deland. Each one has a rather large row of taps (over 100 in the Port Orange location), with a production facility in the New Smyrna Beach location.

And because they sell that packaged beer, I am going to be able to feature them on this humble blog for a couple of different beers. I am a big fan of coffee stouts, so I decided my first trip should be Jefficus Stout (Stout, 7.3% ABV).
