Be sure to bring a digital scale! Their 3.5 gram package of flower weigh 3.0 grams! Just like all the other dispensaries here in Florida/ always lite! Not accurate whatsoever! This would never happen in California. Whenever this happens return it, and then report them to the state! This is medical fraud!

Went in last month asked about a 420 Jersey they were advertising on display. Employee said giving away for an order over $300 only on 4/20. Placed order online for pickup and called the 850 store number to ensure Jersey was available day before and morning of order. Employee said yes they were “putting it in my bag now”. When I arrived I had to wait an hour in line as there was no separate line for pickups! Had to wait 10-15 minutes per customer before me. While in line employees were taking handfuls of Jerseys into another side room..so figured good, they had plenty of jerseys even tho the display was gone. When I finally got to register I was informed there were no Jerseys available! And my order was cancelled! I got a text and email confirming my order but nothing about a cancellation. We were late for another appointment with no time to pick and choose so I gave the finger to Curaleaf and left. This store is totally incompetent. They say they appreciate online pre-orders but make you wait in line going out the door for peeps taking their sweet ole time ordering…then they have to go look for the product and actually saw them packing and labeling! Why is this not prepared before? Then there’s the notification system..worthless, no updates or telling you u went over the Florida bs limit to get $300 worth for the Jersey. The employees: stealing the jerseys or what? Saving for themselves or friends? Honesty? None! “Putting it in your bag now.” I gave them my order # when asking if the jersey was available…only reason I ordered. They checked the order then and still did not say it was cancelled! Typical incompetence and good ole boy sleaze for this area I guess but still will never use Curaleaf again…ever.

I've tried a couple other dispensaries in town just out of curiosity, and you know what they say about that! There's amazing deals every day of the week, the staff is always so ready to help with anything you need. I've tried so many different things that I've never tried before because of the great selection of different products. Everyone is super knowledgeable about the products they sell, and what works for different issues people may be experiencing. You also get pints for every dollar you spend which never expire, and you can use them whenever you want! You literally cannot beat getting free🌲!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Everytime I visit! Went in today. My first time in the store. Things started off on, but the lady helping us was lacking patients I guess because she got rude quickly. Even asking the lady while helping us if she could take a break when she was done. Her co-worker said she could tell she needed one. So that tells me she saw the rude attitude too. We were being super nice and trying to make it easy on her. Think she got distracted when some guy came in and then she started messing up and getting confused with helping us. Either way it it wasn’t our fault and we shouldn’t have felt attitude from her. Our first time in there, we are trying to find a place we like with good prices, you would think they would try to win our business. Guess not. There was a guy working at the same time and he was nice and helpful. The girl not so much.

The staff was helpful and they really listened and didn't just try and push the "staff picks" . They helped me find some things that will hopefully work for me . Even the other customers were amazing . They chipped in useful information and the staff was so egar to hear and retain it in hopes that they could help another patient with it.Seriously if you are new to the program I'd try this store out , it's calm and not over stimulating like some of the other places . They write things down in your file for you so you can remember what you got and even give you a Journal so when you try the products you'll have something where you can write down if it works for you or not and what you like or don't like about it . They really care . 10/10 !

This last time I was doing business with another employee....sadly he was rude didn't care to help my pregnant wifs with her needs and her questions seemed more of an annoyance to the dude and he seemed that when I asked about operations and possible side effects well I got almost laughed at. The manager if that’s what you want to call her is rude and can’t handle being told so. Beau was the BEST sales consultant I've ever come into contact with before in a dispensary! Most dispensaries just want to get you in and out. Beau was different- his main objective was to get the right products for me and to insure I knew how to use them properly. He took his time and was so professional and thorough in his explanations of the products. He made sure to ask me questions to help me pick out the right products. Beau even gave me helpful tips (like to use the box label to wrap around my vape cartridges so I can easily tell them apart). Kevin was also very helpful as Beau calculated my total. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Pensacola online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Went in last month asked about a 420 Jersey they were advertising on display. Employee said giving away for an order over $300 only on 4/20. Placed order online for pickup and called the 850 store number to ensure Jersey was available day before and morning of order. Employee said yes they were “putting it in my bag now”. When I arrived I had to wait an hour in line as there was no separate line for pickups! Had to wait 10-15 minutes per customer before me. While in line employees were taking handfuls of Jerseys into another side room..so figured good, they had plenty of jerseys even tho the display was gone. When I finally got to register I was informed there were no Jerseys available! And my order was cancelled! I got a text and email confirming my order but nothing about a cancellation. We were late for another appointment with no time to pick and choose so I gave the finger to Curaleaf and left. This store is totally incompetent. They say they appreciate online pre-orders but make you wait in line going out the door for peeps taking their sweet ole time ordering…then they have to go look for the product and actually saw them packing and labeling! Why is this not prepared before? Then there’s the notification system..worthless, no updates or telling you u went over the Florida bs limit to get $300 worth for the Jersey. The employees: stealing the jerseys or what? Saving for themselves or friends? Honesty? None! “Putting it in your bag now.” I gave them my order # when asking if the jersey was available…only reason I ordered. They checked the order then and still did not say it was cancelled! Typical incompetence and good ole boy sleaze for this area I guess but still will never use Curaleaf again…ever.

Even asking the lady while helping us if she could take a break when she was done. Her co-worker said she could tell she needed one. So that tells me she saw the rude attitude too. Whenever you go there even for the very first time they offer one deal but then they don't give you the actual 50% off or 80% off they give it to you for maybe one item and it's bait and switch constantly including their rude unprofessional staff. At first I thought maybe maybe it was just me but then when several of my friends told me the same thing I knew that it was definitely the company there are so many great dispensaries around Pensacola so I don't waste my money there at cure leaf I suggest you don't either

My visit today was a breath of fresh air! I was immediately attended to, and taken back to the viewing area quickly. The store itself is clean and well lit, and has cute, decently priced merchandise. The employee helping me, Murphy, was FANTASTIC. He was helpful and informative, pleasant and exactly the type of employee I hope to have helped me; someone that knows the product and its effects. I spoke to the manager to praise their staff, and the manager was just as friendly. I will be back!

The product is always great, its a little dry, but from my experience the flower will be dry from ANYWHERE no matter where you get it. Beau was the BEST sales consultant I've ever come into contact with before in a dispensary! Most dispensaries just want to get you in and out. Beau was different- his main objective was to get the right products for me and to insure I knew how to use them properly. He took his time and was so professional and thorough in his explanations of the products. He made sure to ask me questions to help me pick out the right products. Beau even gave me helpful tips (like to use the box label to wrap around my vape cartridges so I can easily tell them apart). Kevin was also very helpful as Beau calculated my total. This dispensary was very impressive! Great discounts too! Will definitely keep coming back.

Hey guys, just wanted to check in and write these guys an awesome review. I just walked into this dispensary for the first time ever and the first thing i thought was awesome was the quick service. I got checked in with the lady up front and was sent to one of the other staff members super cool dude with long hair named jayce and he was a big help. left the place with no worries. I have been to almost all of the dispensaries in Pensacola, and this one had the closest vibe to my favorites from Colorado. The inside is so clean. They have THE best first time patient discount. This dispensary is quickly becoming my favorite with the friendly atmosphere and amazing deals.Today I was helped by Glenn, and he had me cracking up the entire time I was in there. I was in and out within 10 minutes.The employees were super friendly and made great conversation.The prices are standard and actually slightly lower compared to competition in the area.Quality is fantastic.
