Was having a hard time walking today my arthritis was acting up in my feet and in my hand and I was sitting in the drive-through waiting for them to bring it out to me, but for some reason, their computer system was messed up or something I’m not sure what was going on, but the little girl was coming back from her lunch and she came over to my car and asked me if I was waiting for something and she actually went inside. Got it for me brought it back out to me, took my money paid for it brought me my change, she was so nice

Never had an issue before till today their shake was mislabeled online and THREEE TIMESS my husband tried to tell them what happened and each time he was shut down! I did get upset and say something because I’m listening and they r not listening to him! The manager even told him she was looking at his order on her end and again said it was his mistake.that he ordered the wrong item and she couldn’t help him!Just left there again and fully explained to them how can it be his fault when u can’t even order what he got online with shake and trim , there is only an option for shake. A technically they called it?!?! Umm no u guys made the mistake . He ordered one thing online and was given another!!but thanks again for trying to pin it on him ordering the wrong product! Will be going to tryone from now on! Thanks he almost didn’t say anything because he has aniexty so bad hints why we come here. But now he is out a quarter of his flower. Maybe they r trying to get rid of there trim and shake this way? Not sure They did give him 10points…… not happy at alll!!! P.s be sure to check each bag the sticker was put over where it says trim and shake!! And the label say shake not shake and trim so it doesn’t match the bag it’s on….

Decides to change sales midday without notice, wouldn’t supply product sale posted of discounted items on front board, said they are 50% off now and tried to charge me double the price. What really stood out was that he was never demeaning or dismissive like some other places are. It can sometimes be embarrassing to ask question because you’re up to the hip new trends. Bryce never made me feel embarrassed. He talked to me like a bro and that was so rad. There’s a reason I keep coming back to that location, even though there are many dispensaries much closer to me. I was in Treasure Island Saint Pete, for staycation and my usual dispensary didn’t have a location very close to me, but I did find a Curaleaf and boy am I glad! Whitney and Jonathan welcomed me the minute I walked in and made me feel like I had been going there for years. They were ready with recommendations and on top of that because it was my first time I got 60% off! This was actually a higher discount than I had seen online, yet, they made sure that I was aware and applied, what was best for the customer. Something sketchy going on there with the staff at checkout. Without asking me, they rang me up for more than my total and said they’d give me the difference back in cash. I think it’s in order to get more tips? Problem is I then got charged a $3.50 fee. My total cost was $23.40. They said they would ring it up as $30 and give me the $6.60 difference back in cash. Which they did. Thought it was weird but they just sorta did it real fast. Get home a realize they charged me $33.50 all together. All of which, worth noting again, I didn’t ask for.

Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in St. Petersburg does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Curaleaf
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in St. Petersburg online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

This lady that attends to me usually always takes care of me the other manager also takes care of me but I really wish I could get a better product in on the product that I like best for that reason I have not been buying the product I most buy from them until they get better product on what I most buy from now I will have to buy from somewhere else but they don't stop me from loving cureleaf always in my heart

I was in Treasure Island Saint Pete, for staycation and my usual dispensary didn’t have a location very close to me, but I did find a Curaleaf and boy am I glad! Whitney and Jonathan welcomed me the minute I walked in and made me feel like I had been going there for years. They were ready with recommendations and on top of that because it was my first time I got 60% off! This was actually a higher discount than I had seen online, yet, they made sure that I was aware and applied, what was best for the customer. They were so friendly and so nice I couldn’t recommend this location more! I will certainly be checking out my local Curaleaf when I go back home thanks to Jonathan and Whitney.

Something sketchy going on there with the staff at checkout. Without asking me, they rang me up for more than my total and said they’d give me the difference back in cash. I think it’s in order to get more tips? Problem is I then got charged a $3.50 fee. My total cost was $23.40. They said they would ring it up as $30 and give me the $6.60 difference back in cash. Which they did. Thought it was weird but they just sorta did it real fast. Get home a realize they charged me $33.50 all together. All of which, worth noting again, I didn’t ask for.
