Fluent in Crestview is the only dispensary I use now. The last 3 times I’ve been there, Serenity has given me IMPECCABLE customer service. And when I found out she drives an hour to get to work and still provides such great customer service, I had to give them and her the recognition they so deserve!

Came by last night in a rush at 8:25. They close at 8:30 with an online order, doors locked so I pull up to the window. Stewart the worker is the rudest person I’ve ever ran across. He said “you should’ve been here earlier”, I said what’s your name he said Stewart call whoever you want you should’ve got here earlier. For a new dispensary in town, I would choose trulieve or surterra. Fluent will not be here long will that rude customer service.

We’ve been at this location literally dozens of times. Always has superior service until today, where my wife’s prescription wasn’t filled for no good reason other than Von Doom came into Fluent’s system as Vondoom. The lady inside was very rude about it and not accommodating at all.

Been coming here since they have opened and this place has always been the best. I had to give one star just to leave a review. First of all the staff was great. The products suck. The prerolls taste like trim. The buds crumble in your fingers and taste like press shake. I feel I've been robbed. Also 26.5 percent laughable. If I could have given no stars I would.

Fluent in Crestview is the bright light in Crestview. My first time at this shop and it was really a positive experience. Highly recommend. Very helpful, nice, knowledgeable, makes getting medication very pleasant and easy. The only negative at all I can say is they are a little short staffed sometimes you might have to wait a few minutes and they could seal their 8ths as some dispensaries have started doing. But they really are a great dispensary with a very rewarding loyalty program. I can't rave enough about how nice and helpful they all are.

Branding is impeccable. Location is prime. Cleanliness is to be expected as it is a brand new location. But the staff goes above and beyond. The STAFF. Yesterday was my first visit with Fluent and it was wonderful! The interior is really nice and clean and the process was quick. Ginny is a ray of sunshine, she was so nice and helpful during the transaction! Tori was super knowledgeable as well and made sure I knew about all the sales and savings. I got the smokies sour blue raspberry gummies and the agave nectar both were extremely potent! Highly recommend the agave nectar its really tasty! I can't wait to return and try out some more stuff!

Fluent is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Fluent dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Fluent in Crestview does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Fluent
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Fluent in Crestview online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.
