Superb flower at an outstanding value. The carts are just as good. Moods when you want something a little more fruity and Black carts for the natural taste. As for the bad reviews I can’t say I’ve ever had anything bad. Take the time to understand the product you’re buying by asking for a CoA every plant grows differently one batch can be totally different from the last.

This was my go do dispensary for carts before I realized I could spend 320$ get 500reward points. then when I try to use them. My discount only works when I pay full price for the products?? Fluent is my go to spot, just because of her!! Whoever is in the corporate office needs to give this beautiful human being a raise, it is truly well deserved. Hitting up the dispensary is the highlight of my week, but it's even better because she genuinely cares about you as a patient. Stopped in today to see 4-5 people ahead of me. when I was called on, i informed someone was ahead of me. so i went to let him know because i am awesome. this dude who looks like Brian Peppers went to the counter as i stood by looking at the samples. during a prolonged moment of silence I asked if they had a certain "flower." It was my first time there and the staff was very friendly and helped me a lot. They have a menu on a tablet you can look at and the bud tender was very informative of the different strains they had and what was best for my needs. Definitely recommend.

More expensive than any other dispensary I have been to and has the least amount of options. Got 2 syringes for twice what I usually pay . These syringes are impossible to use the concentrate won't sweeze out one of them was busted slightly on the screw on top It broke off completely. When I tried to use the other , The syringe snapped and slipped my thumb completely open.

Compared to other dispensaries, they're more pricey for products that don't really do much or nothing at all, and im also not a big fan of the made up flower names, if it's OG then it's Og not Baldor or such. I've been smoking for over 10 years and have had mids hit better then some of the flower.

After spending $140 for 1 Oz Perla 1200 ml drops the child proof container cap froze shut after 3 uses. I had to carefully cut the bottle open with a razor knife. I purchased drops and vape which were good quality but a bit higher then other dispensaries. The companies website is a little confusing as to the actual ratio of THC to CBD per bottle. It would be nice for them clearly state what one is buying. I guess one needs to just try and compare to see what works for them. Hopefully, they fix their child proof lids for someone with arthritis would never be able to open a bottle of CBD oil.

Disappointed! Purchased from the Lakeland location several times before and notice some inconsistencies in weight. This time I paid for a 1/8, but received much less. When I questioned the long blonde hair women, she smirked walked away and never came back. Another young woman who worked there assisted us,But did not resolve our issues. I did not receive the 3.5g That I paid for! Will be purchasing at Surterra for now on.

So far I’ve only been to two dispensaries but I like Fluent very much and even though I may visit others, this will be home base. I can see everything at the counter, not in different parts of the dispensary. Although the staff is much younger than me and some still in training, they have a lot of information, enthusiasm, and make good suggestions. Very friendly and upbeat attitude.
