The staff is always SO FRIENDLY however, despite me purposely saving up my points, it’s pointless to use them because everything is always discounted anyway. The discounted prices are OK sometimes still not that great. I want to be able to use my points to pay for my order on discounted prices, like I can at every other dispensary in Lakeland. Shopping and saving my points with MUV from now on. 😞 MUVs Savy line is equivalent with fluents moods line with better tastes.

I have been to Fluent a few times now and the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable! I've gotten some of the best flower here and they always know how to give you the best deals so you get the most bang for your buck! I even called Fluent once asking general questions and Kristen was very helpful and answered all my questions, since the MMU people wouldn't answer the phone. More expensive than any other dispensary I have been to and has the least amount of options. Got 2 syringes for twice what I usually pay . These syringes are impossible to use the concentrate won't sweeze out one of them was busted slightly on the screw on top It broke off completely. When I tried to use the other , The syringe snapped and slipped my thumb completely open.

After spending $140 for 1 Oz Perla 1200 ml drops the child proof container cap froze shut after 3 uses. I had to carefully cut the bottle open with a razor knife. I purchased drops and vape which were good quality but a bit higher then other dispensaries. The companies website is a little confusing as to the actual ratio of THC to CBD per bottle. It would be nice for them clearly state what one is buying. I guess one needs to just try and compare to see what works for them. Hopefully, they fix their child proof lids for someone with arthritis would never be able to open a bottle of CBD oil.

Disappointed! Purchased from the Lakeland location several times before and notice some inconsistencies in weight. This time I paid for a 1/8, but received much less. When I questioned the long blonde hair women, she smirked walked away and never came back. Another young woman who worked there assisted us,But did not resolve our issues. So far I’ve only been to two dispensaries but I like Fluent very much and even though I may visit others, this will be home base. I can see everything at the counter, not in different parts of the dispensary. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Fluent
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. After spending $140 for 1 Oz Perla 1200 ml drops the child proof container cap froze shut after 3 uses. I had to carefully cut the bottle open with a razor knife. I purchased drops and vape which were good quality but a bit higher then other dispensaries. The companies website is a little confusing as to the actual ratio of THC to CBD per bottle. It would be nice for them clearly state what one is buying. I guess one needs to just try and compare to see what works for them. Hopefully, they fix their child proof lids for someone with arthritis would never be able to open a bottle of CBD oil.

I went through the drive through and only took a few minutes. I was missing 1 item but returned in a minute and it was filled. Disappointed! Purchased from the Lakeland location several times before and notice some inconsistencies in weight. This time I paid for a 1/8, but received much less. When I questioned the long blonde hair women, she smirked walked away and never came back. Another young woman who worked there assisted us,But did not resolve our issues. I did not receive the 3.5g That I paid for! Will be purchasing at Surterra for now on.

So far I’ve only been to two dispensaries but I like Fluent very much and even though I may visit others, this will be home base. I can see everything at the counter, not in different parts of the dispensary. Although the staff is much younger than me and some still in training, they have a lot of information, enthusiasm, and make good suggestions. Very friendly and upbeat attitude.
