All patients should avoid Fluent. Their grow operation in Tampa has been exposed in recent days for plant neglect. Mold, bug infestation, and some of the most stressed out plants. Yet, despite these issues, Fluent still sells the horrible “medicine”. DOH has visited the facility this week after the grow op was exposed. This company does not care about the patients.
I come here for the staff mainly cause they’re the best but the bud deals are pretty good! I enjoy most of the Indica strains.
April Ampy was so incredibly rude to my friend and I! Why would a GM talk to us so condescendingly for asking a question regaurding thc percentages? She acted as though I shouldn't have even been asking her, but reading the screen instead.

Two stars because the staff is pretty cool. Compared to EVERY other dispensary ive been to, their flower is worse. Always extremely dry unless you pay top dollar for the "best" they have to offer but even then its not worth it because the quality doesnt match the price... For vapers, the mood all in one is great though!
Man I have never had a bad experience here. Also, their deals are better than any in the area. Sunburn charges almost double what they do.27% thc for $25???? Anywhere else that's easily $40 but fluent keeps good bud on good discounts and for that I am eternally grateful. Two eighths and a half gram cart for $75. Plsssss I love this place so much

0...should be an option!I am a frequent customer of Fluent St Petersbrug and have had positive experiences until yesterday. During my visit several months ago, an employee informed me of points missing from my accout, over 1,000 to be exact. Apparently the system was not properly crediting me for my purchases. The team assured me the issue was corrected and my points were properly noted in the system. I have repeatedly talked with customer service and the dispensary team, both assuring me of the validity of my points. During my June visit, although I opted not to use my points, the dispensary team confirmed my points were still valid, available, and ready to use. However on 7/26/2023 I was informed the policy had changed two months ago and I can not use my points without an email approval from corporate, which would take 5-10 days?! In my confusion, I explained (which is easily verified) during my June visit I was NOT informed of a policy change. The manager said 'sorry'. I can only conclude that Fluent does not value me as a customer. Disclosing policy changes to loyal customers should be a top priority! I will file a formal compliant petitioning a resolution. Until a resolution is reached, I will warn existing and potential customers of the blatant disregard of loyal customers. Fluent is NOT the only option!

If you would like to feel like you are inconveniencing people who are at their job and also want to throw away your money and get ripped off then this is your go-to place! Two out of two carts sold, Red line brand, and not one but both of them were broken. The carts had somehow busted I'm guessing through shipping because once you pull the cardboard box down and revealed the cart, which you would normally do for quality control to make sure everything is a okay with the carts, wasn't done obviously so there's no quality control there that tells me. Once home, opened up the cart box and saw that the cardboard was soaked in the oil that good money paid for I gave them a phone call and I was just given the runaround of "well you can drive all the way back up here (which is a 20 minute drive each way) and exchange them out for different ones of the same kind, okay that's fine but what about my time gas and money now, time is money, I had only stopped by there because I was in a rush and in the area (Time = Money)."Charmin", the manager (which is hard to believe someone named their child after toilet paper so that may have been a false name), informs that nothing can be done for the inconvenience besides additional inconveniencing more by coming back and swapping them out. Nothing to rectify the lack of training demonstrated there that day and not doing quality control and having time gas and money wasted on my end. Literally not even an apology, I understand they can't pay my gas for me and such however I would have settled for almost anything, 15% off, 10% next purchase, ANYTHING, even an apology would have been great however none of that was given.This was MY experience, yours may differ, however if I were a betting man I would bet you'd get subpar service as well. I highly doubt I'd ever go back to Fluent as a whole based off of the service I received here at this location.
I personally really love fluent and this location especially is amazing however the visits are specifically more amazing when Savannah is there!❤️ She was the first person to ever help me there and every time i go i hope she’s working. When i come in-person she always helps me pick out items specific to my needs with my fainting disorder, and if i mobile order something- multiple occasions she has stopped to explain items i don’t usually order or she doesn’t think i would enjoy and makes better suggestions for my needs! Beyond that, she’s super friendly and easy to talk to & kind to every guest who comes in!! I really appreciate having her there to help me make choices and feel welcome in the store!

I had a wonderful experience. I am currently on a tour of all dispensaries seeing what's up and Fluent's flower quality is just as good as anyone's. If not better than most. It was easy to get done. If the price you have on your website is the price I pay, whether discounted or not, There should still be a first time discount. That is why I traveled 25 minutes to come to your store, For the 25% new patient discount which I did not receive on the listed item prices.Get with it !!!
Made my 1st trip here a couple weeks ago and stocked up using their generous discount/sale. Got edibles, vapes and flowers. Edibles and carts were fine, the 3 different strains of flower were less than impressive. Harsh, dry and flavorless would be the best description I could come up with.

So I went to fluent for the first time on memorial Day and I think the guy's name started with a D that helped my wife and I. He was awesome an seemed to be very knowledgeable deserves a 5star. The reason I gave a 3 star is I purchased the O'mac flower and it just didn't do it. The O'mac flower was at like 19%thc but smoked like it was at 5%thc. I rolled the whole 1/8th in a backwood (like I do with every new strain I try) an It damn sure WAS NOT worth $55. O'mac is a $20-$25 1/8th all day every day nothing more. I also purchased a Baldor & Atlas cart an I would say out of the 2years I've had my card these are the best 2 sativa carts I've had by far...

Today was my very first time at Fluent or any Cannabis dispensary and I must say that I made the right choice! The two ladies that got me through and out the door were so very friendly and courteous to a brand new medical card holder. I had a great experience. Came in right before close and didn't feel rushed at all. Hipster dude with the tattoos was super helpful and explained all of the deals. Very reasonable prices on flower. Definitely worth stopping by to take advantage of the first time 50% off 200 deal. Will be back for some of the other sampler deals. I'm not really sure why it has bad reviews, if you want to guarantee something is there when you get there ORDER IT ONLINE, you don't even pay until you pick up but they still hold it for you....

I've spent thousands of dollars here, and they have this reward program where you get "points" and I was earning them. But when I go to turn them in they denie me my points. I'll never spend another penny there. They're always out of flower and have bad customer service. Go to Curator leaf. Or elsewhere
Was wrung up by jarred wanted 600mg sublingual drops, was told they didn’t have them even though the website said otherwise, then wanted the hybrid pre rolls. He forgot to grab the prerolls when he went in the back so the customer next to me got the last pack of pre rolls that I wanted.... Thanks.
Fluent, doesn't have any info on there website in regards to product ratio, like" cbd & thc%". They also don't carry any 300 of any kind for people who would prefer a lower dosage. They also will not take or exchange even if your purchase doesn't work or it too strong for you. Fyi!!! Don't just take my word. Trulieve does. Just my experienceReview there exchange policy. Regards to the above they no longer carry vapes of perla or polaris in 300 cbd. Why?

Huge bubbles in my vape cartridge and the oil is ineffective in one of the cartridges thus far. I got half the product I paid for AND seems almost no THC. They don’t even seal their cartridges. It won’t EVER happen again because my money will be spent in a place that seals their product from their employees ability to tamper with it and does not cut it. Back to MUV!

Went for the first time today. Staff was talkative. I asked why there was such a wide price range for cartridges. They talked about additives and how important co2 extraction was. But as I’m checking out, I’m told they’re cut with mct oil. So now I paid more after being told it was supposed to be superior, and the mct makes it taste terrible and thin.
I think it’s a shame you offer discounts to elderly and juvenile but not people in the middle on disability or government assistance. At 30 years old with a broken back and out of work I should qualify for something.
Honestly worst dispensary in FL. Beware because if you decide to spend 90 for a 600mg cart, Which is unbelievable as it is is pricy but then when you find out they use mct oil to cut the oil and it is runny and super thin. Honestly there are far better choices for the already high cost for medicine. These people make me sick and they have still yet to answer my email about the issue. Don't say I didn't warn you.
I really like the black line of Vapes here. It's truly full spectrum. The flower has been great so far and the reward program is lovely. I think the first and second time discounts are great, so plan wisely. Really looking forward to going on my birthday week!

So I get an email grand opening Tampa. 30% off free welcome packages. This is the south Tampa location. I drive way out there from the north part of Tampa as this is a terrible location. And they don’t discount flower! I have shopped every single dispensary in the area and every single one is always giving discounts specially first time customer. The experience was not good and I’ll never go back. By the way tiny tiny little print even the girl said most people get angry. Pass on this greedy company. With so much competition now visit other dispensaries for better product and prices!!
