Setting itself apart from other dispensaries with a flower bar that you can see and smell all their strains before purchasing, which turned my best guess based off a picture into a significantly more informed and confident decision on the strains I picked.Kerry knew the answer to every question I had and more, helped me choose then wrapped up my order very quickly once I decided. Very nice lady and made me feel welcome.10/10 flower and their unique flower containers are legit, actual sealed metal cans, you can easily smell the freshness when you crack it open

Pablo and AJ are the best! I came in at 8:45pm on a Saturday and was very excited to try a new dispensary. Pablo went through all the different strains and paired me with my preferred effects. While Pablo was doing that AJ was setting up my account and was having an issue. At first he was worried he couldn’t dispense to me but went out of his way to call the GM at 8:45 at night! They found the issue and got me dispensed!! Really appreciative for these guys I’ll definitely be returning

Oh my goodness! What an amazing first experience! We came in tonight just before closing but you wouldn’t have known it with how helpful and kind the staff were! Amanda and Pablo were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. My husband and I both got new accounts set up, and they helped each of us find exactly what we were looking for, and some more things we hadn’t tried yet! We will absolutely be back regularly and will be recommending to others! Thank you for a wonderful first visit; you’ve gained two new regulars.

I was a first time patient so took advantage of the discount and bought, flower, concentrate, chocolate and RSO..etc...all good but their RSO is really good if having a problem finding good RSO. Best I've had so far.Second visit yesterday and did not disappoint. AJ took care of all my medical needs. The store is welcoming, products are high quality and discounts can't be beat.My favorite dispensary so far and only negative is distance from me. Not so bad I won't drive the twenty minutes though.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at INSA
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
