This location is very impersonal.They absolutely are unhelpful around closing time. They also do not let you place the order at the register.They send someone out to, have you go on your phone or on the tablet?And they stand over you and do not answer any questions that you have.They say you just have to click on the product or find what you're looking for. When I explained to them, how impersonal this feels, she said, well, i'm standing here next to you.So at least you have someone here, I was a little shocked.And I then chose to leave, because customer service is above all, it's just that if your time is closing at a certain time.I don't understand how come you're so rushed and need to feel like there's no time for your questions.If the time is eight 45 I do understand that everyone wants to go home however this is their job

Bad customer experience. Walked up to the counter and was told to use a kiosk. The lady at the cash register acts like she can't see my balance at the register. Makes no sense. Then you Want me to tip you after I order via a kiosk?Went down the street to fluent. Was greeted by a person. Was offered discounts. I even gave them a tip because i saved money and had a pleasant experience with their staff. Can not say the same for this sun burn location. Should mention that other customers in the fluent store recognized sunburn as being a royal PITA, unlike any other dispensary experience

A few months ago, I was told by some of the employees that they were being forced to send everyone to the kiosks instead of talking to actual humans. Seems like they’ve been even more stringent about that since then.The good news is that we have options, and there are plenty of places that still have humans and customer service and stuff.

Sunburn is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunburn dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sunburn in Jacksonville does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunburn
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Sunburn
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sunburn in Jacksonville online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary.
