Prices are always reasonable, they always have awesome deals and sales and rewards programs as well. They have such a huge menu of products and accessories! I often get free goodies when I’m there too. It is always very quiet inside in my experience, which is very nice when I’m used to waiting a long time, long line of people at other dispensaries. My online order is always very quick to pick up! The best part for me is the people. All of the staff is super friendly and makes a point to remember who I am and little details about things they’ve gotten to know about me. It feels like I’m visiting friends when I drop by Versus when I used to dread going to Trulieve lol. Definitely recommend Ayr!

Been here several service is good product is good but it’s starts with employees……. Make sure when you use your card which they will round it out … make sure they give you the difference instead of stealing it. I have no problem tipping the tenders and I always do so but don’t steal.

They can barely keep any product in stock. Not really an excuse to not stock the store with product. They're always doing inventory, company knows they need to stock the store with concentrates. But they refuse to stock enough supply. 16 strains on the website and zero in stock, but telling customers you're getting 4 is not really encouraging when you guys refuse to stock properly.

Super chill unlike some places that have a ton of people and built like Fort Knox and make the process uncomfortable like you are doing something that is wrong or something. I used to think of AYR as a budget brand but it’s not really the case. They have crazy prices but the quality is great and the service is excellent. The only time’s I’ve spent more than 5 minutes in the store are when I’m chatting with the budtenders after my purchase. Tyler and Cameron always take great care of me and put effort into finding the right strains for what I’m looking for. Efficient, Knowledgeable, and Kind service sounds like it should be the norm, but it’s not. Luckily AYR has it on lock!

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
