Anthony and Devyn was the best to deal with.Two well educated young men with the knowledgeable information. I’m taking about top of the line service. Anthony a strong minded and gifted leader. This guy follows the code to the core, while respecting everyone space and dignity. Decvyn young but very mature as well!! Keep these name together this place would be amazing in the future !!
Just purchased a gram of shatter… this is not shatter, guessing they do not keep their products in the fridge. Very disappointing!!!
Ayr is one the best dispensaries out there. With the point system I got $129 in free stuff. Totally made my birthday!!!. Anthony and Zev were great. They made great recommendations and didn't make me feel rushed even though they had a guest waiting. Anthony even pulled the tip I was gonna give him so I wouldn't get charged the $3 in debt fees. WOW!!! Above and beyond customer service. Thank You Guys!!! Every medical card holder should check this place out. They prices are usually very fair, selection is great.

Loved my experience at this new dispensary conveniently located on South Dixie Hwy in Palmetto Bay! Danny was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This will definitely be my go to place moving forward.
I went to this dispensary last Monday in the afternoon but I’m so disappointed because I bought an 1/8 of Powdered Donuts but when I got home it looks like not the usual 3.5 and the package is not sealed so I weigh it and it’s only 2.9 not the 3.5 like what it says on the package.I’ve been to some dispensary and AYR is one of my favorite one but this is the first time it happened to me. I thought Dispensary’s are all straight and can be trusted and especially about the weight of your medication. You know all the Dispensaries around here in Miami their flower is Sealed and never short like this one.
Gerardo is the man helped my mom out who needed some help with product decisions! It was cool being a guest in the dispensary! The reading material in the waiting area was interesting!
I have been to many dispensaries and I have never received the kind of customer service that I get a AYR and to speak Specifically GERARDO was absolutely amazing, he made me feel so comfortable and his customer service/ conversation skills are superb. He was so knowledgeable about every single product they had and was actually eager to excited to talk with me for at least 30 minutes, not once was I rushed like other places. I will be back for sure and I hope GERARDO will become a manager soon. Gerardo if you see this review I truly appreciate you and your people skills.
Staff very helpful, organized and knowledgeable on the different products and their use for different ailments. I appreciate the young man very much he was able to communicate with me in Spanish which is my native language. Highly recommend this vendor.

This was my favorite dispensary when it was Liberty but now I just unsubscribed to it and will shop elsewhere from now on. The THC on the flower is barely 20% and expensive and they don’t even sell edibles anymore. I now go to Curaleaf and Sactuary now as they have much better deals
Very happy with the care I received at Ayr this afternoon. I'm new to the medical cannabis world and the associate that helped me, Daniel, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me make selections for my needs. The check in process was quick and the store was clean and well lit. I'm looking forward to using the products to see what helps most. I highly recommend Ayr!
Giving a second chance on purchasing some products. Unfortunately, I was short on my 1/8 AGAIN. Very upsetting. This is medicine and to be short is very unacceptable! It’s like going to a pharmacy and getting a 30 day supply of heart meds and given only 25 pills.Make sure your product is sealed when you receive it. All dispensaries have a seal on their containers. It appears this dispensary does not and people are stealing.Reporting this to Better Business Bureau.

His dismissive and rude attitude during our interaction was unacceptable and tarnished my experience with your company.On a positive note, Nick and Mayte were exceptionally helpful and insightful when I sought assistance from them. They represent the level of service I expect from your organization.I hope this feedback prompts improvements in your customer service department.
I walk in and hand my license as normal and then was asked for my medical card. At this point I realize I’m working with someone slow or new. I had him Anthony check again, and then he was able to find me in the system. I mentioned that I had called the day prior and the person on the phone had said they would leave notes to honor the sale for my online order to pick up on Tuesday. since the store was closed on Sunday and I was unable to make it to that store on Monday before it closed. If I knew all this drama was going to happen I could have ran to the store in north Miami were I work and had been able to still make the sale. What bothers me is that I am a loyal customer and not once have I ever made a complaint or asked for anything from this place.1. The store was advertised as open that day so I wasted my time going to the store on Sunday that was closed2. I was told that they would not honor the sale, after I was told they would the day prior over the phone .3. This was an 80$ sale, and if they saw I was a loyal customer why in the world would I make such a big deal over this or even try and make up a lie.4. I even emailed them with no responseI hate to say this but they lost me as a client at ALL establishments. I wasted my time and was lied to over the phone.
