Since the switch from liberty I will no longer be shopping here. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Half the time they don't even have the specials at this location they advertise. Weights have always been sketchy at best. I've gotten several 3.54 that have been 3 or less when I weighed them on my personal digital scale. If I knew who to report it to I probably would.

As Liberty Health this was my go to place because of price not quality, but since being bought out they decided to raise the price on everything.Guess they wanted to match the prices of other dispensaries but they didn’t raise the quality of their flower like the other have.

They don’t seal their marijuana containers. I have noticed inconsistent amounts of product in containers and decided to weigh them with a digital scale I purchased just for that purpose. I purchased two 3.5 gram containers. I went right home and emptied both containers on my calibrated to zero scale. I only barely received 6 grams out of the 7 I purchased. Someone is pinching out of the unsealed containers before you can purchase them. I called AYR’s customer service line and was offered $15 which I declined and asked if they would address the unsealed container problem. I was told “nothing can be done about that “ even though they have received many similar complaints. Don’t buy from their unsealed containers, your getting short changed.

Bought flower came home to find more than half of it missing. Came back to the store to exchange the next flower they gave me was also half missing right in the store. They exchanged it again. Waited a week bought from them again, and their flower looks tampered with. There are no stickers protecting the flower, so any employee can go take out a bud. When I confronted them about the flower looking less than 3.5, they said it's probably the type of bud. They have no weights or anything to prove that there are 3.5 g in their bottles. They need to come up with a new system where a customer is guaranteed They're getting 3.5 g in their bottles. Taking a long break from them.

It's a good store, just gone downhill in a big way since being bought out.Most of the staff are good at their job and provide great service. Unfortunately, there's always someone who destroys it for others. I commented on an issue (that wasn't directly aimed at the server) only to have a jobs worth on a power trip pipe up and tell me I could always shop elsewhere!In this instance that would have been rather foolishly, bearing in mind I'd placed an order for collection. Going somewhere else would mean I would have been unable to get my pre-ordered items, somewhat counter productive. Not quite how 'shopping' works! Unfortunately corporate boy didn't understand that. Perhaps if he'd had been eavesdropping a bit more attentively on the conversation; I wasn't having with him, he potentially would have understood what I was saying & the point I was making (that in NO relation was aimed at the store).Unfortunate when people get put in an authoritarian position and make fools of themselves and all too often others in turn, power trips are embarrassingly shameful!

The total joke of a human at the counter has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. He was beyond impolite. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and I am well aware of how annoying people can be. This was beyond an unnecessary attitude. Here’s the thing: if you don’t like your job - I’ll take it. I don’t mind making 14$ an hour to stand around and get people their cannabis. If you’re unhappy, please don’t spread your garbage attitude. It’s nobody else’s fault you ain’t got the good genes. if someone is polite to you, why are you rude in return. I hope someone treats you the same way you just treated me, you waste of oxygen.

Not sure why reviews are so high. The product is subpar, there are never any strains other than hybrid. The percentages are garbage. The employees don't care one way or another about you or otherwise, and I don't see the reason for the 5 star reviews whatsoever. I've been going there for 2 years and it's really just a place to go when you're broke.

This location is so much better than the Port Richey store. It's night and day.This place is clean, and my products always come out to the correct weight. The flower was always a little short in PR, and the concentrates are in horrible condition there.In Spring Hill, the concentrates are always in their proper form which is not the case in PR. They are usually just a puddle of goo.I love the Spring Hill AYR. It's worth the drive.

I love the company, makes great meds just not an experienced location. I went into exchange a 6.6% terps badder of melon runtz #2 that was the consistency of runny wax. I bought two originally and had to return one due to the consistency issue, one was badder and one was runny wax. Went for a bike ride there from my house as I only get transportation once a week and needed to be returned within the 48 hour Window of returns. When I got there the manager Christopher Davis looked at me like I was dumb and explained to me that badder is a type of wax and higher terps ment a runny badder. I stated if I wanted wax, I would have bought wax, I cursed because I just rode 7 miles one way for them to claim it's okay wax, remember I ordered for the consistency of badder. But said he'll do the return this one time with attitude. The manager even tried saying it's a better looking badder then he's seen. I have ordered and exchanged at the port St Lucie and stuart liberty health sciences since they have experienced staff that can tell if you order for the consistency of badder and got wax , then you should have the badder that hasn't melted due to temperature variation in storage. I've been coming to this company for four years and had an industry friend in town for the day who looked at it and knew it had melted in storage. I shouldn't have to cause a scene to get proper meds and y'all need to have a team meeting with your managers and teach them the difference consistencies that goes with each product and what happens when the storage temperature changes that changes the product. Also shouldn't be treated like I'm stupid because your manager doesn't want to accept a malfunctioned product. This has made me not want to go to this liberty health sciences(home location). So in conclusion, I love the company, just not this location due inexperienced/cocky staffing. I have never seen a manager that didn't know the difference between badder and wax but highly recommend you fix that since he's a manager so he'll be sending patients to you're competitors. I have never been treated so poorly/like I was dumb by a dispensary agent in my four years of medical. The manager Christopher Davis didn't even remove the previous milligrams of the returned product, and added 738mgs to my script for the exchanged product that was not removed from the script.

Rude, and disrespectful towards my 75 year old grandmother. I dropped her off, and before I made it inside they were flipping out on her, and my mom. My grandmother asked my mom ONE QUESTION, as she could not remember what she prefers (indica v sativa; she doesn’t know the difference… even when explained… she’s 75… she tells us which items she likes, and dislikes… and we know she prefers sativa)… Three employees started having a conniption over this. Never even asked for my mom’s ID. I was walking at the door at this point, completely confused as it had been less than 2 minutes. I asked what was going on, and was told the three of us needed to leave. Again, I was not even in the door, and they NEVER asked for my mom’s ID, or mine. They all just had very big attitudes, for a very small question. There was absolutely no kindness, or compassion. We have been to many, many other stores, and have NEVER been treated like a stray animal with no tags… we have IDs, and we are human beings. You can be rude to me all you want (I wasn’t in long enough for them to be); but I will be DAMNED if someone treats my grandmother poorly. I purchased from here ONE TIME prior to this event, and was so excited for the pricing/deals but I much rather pay more, for less… than to be talked to like anything less than a human. Please get some better training, or I don’t know… smoke some weed if you are going to be rude to confused elderly women 🤷🏼♀️

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

Since the switch from liberty I will no longer be shopping here. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Half the time they don't even have the specials at this location they advertise. Weights have always been sketchy at best. I've gotten several 3.54 that have been 3 or less when I weighed them on my personal digital scale. If I knew who to report it to I probably would.

As Liberty Health this was my go to place because of price not quality, but since being bought out they decided to raise the price on everything.Guess they wanted to match the prices of other dispensaries but they didn’t raise the quality of their flower like the other have.

They don’t seal their marijuana containers. I have noticed inconsistent amounts of product in containers and decided to weigh them with a digital scale I purchased just for that purpose. I purchased two 3.5 gram containers. I went right home and emptied both containers on my calibrated to zero scale. I only barely received 6 grams out of the 7 I purchased. Someone is pinching out of the unsealed containers before you can purchase them. I called AYR’s customer service line and was offered $15 which I declined and asked if they would address the unsealed container problem. I was told “nothing can be done about that “ even though they have received many similar complaints. Don’t buy from their unsealed containers, your getting short changed.

Bought flower came home to find more than half of it missing. Came back to the store to exchange the next flower they gave me was also half missing right in the store. They exchanged it again. Waited a week bought from them again, and their flower looks tampered with. There are no stickers protecting the flower, so any employee can go take out a bud. When I confronted them about the flower looking less than 3.5, they said it's probably the type of bud. They have no weights or anything to prove that there are 3.5 g in their bottles. They need to come up with a new system where a customer is guaranteed They're getting 3.5 g in their bottles. Taking a long break from them.

Unfortunately, there's always someone who destroys it for others. I commented on an issue (that wasn't directly aimed at the server) only to have a jobs worth on a power trip pipe up and tell me I could always shop elsewhere!In this instance that would have been rather foolishly, bearing in mind I'd placed an order for collection. Going somewhere else would mean I would have been unable to get my pre-ordered items, somewhat counter productive. Not quite how 'shopping' works! Unfortunately corporate boy didn't understand that. The total joke of a human at the counter has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. He was beyond impolite. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and I am well aware of how annoying people can be. This was beyond an unnecessary attitude. Here’s the thing: if you don’t like your job - I’ll take it. I don’t mind making 14$ an hour to stand around and get people their cannabis. If you’re unhappy, please don’t spread your garbage attitude. Not sure why reviews are so high. The product is subpar, there are never any strains other than hybrid. The percentages are garbage. The employees don't care one way or another about you or otherwise, and I don't see the reason for the 5 star reviews whatsoever. The flower was always a little short in PR, and the concentrates are in horrible condition there.In Spring Hill, the concentrates are always in their proper form which is not the case in PR. I love the company, makes great meds just not an experienced location. I went into exchange a 6.6% terps badder of melon runtz #2 that was the consistency of runny wax. I bought two originally and had to return one due to the consistency issue, one was badder and one was runny wax. Went for a bike ride there from my house as I only get transportation once a week and needed to be returned within the 48 hour Window of returns. When I got there the manager Christopher Davis looked at me like I was dumb and explained to me that badder is a type of wax and higher terps ment a runny badder. I stated if I wanted wax, I would have bought wax, I cursed because I just rode 7 miles one way for them to claim it's okay wax, remember I ordered for the consistency of badder. But said he'll do the return this one time with attitude. The manager even tried saying it's a better looking badder then he's seen. I have ordered and exchanged at the port St Lucie and stuart liberty health sciences since they have experienced staff that can tell if you order for the consistency of badder and got wax , then you should have the badder that hasn't melted due to temperature variation in storage. I've been coming to this company for four years and had an industry friend in town for the day who looked at it and knew it had melted in storage. I shouldn't have to cause a scene to get proper meds and y'all need to have a team meeting with your managers and teach them the difference consistencies that goes with each product and what happens when the storage temperature changes that changes the product. Also shouldn't be treated like I'm stupid because your manager doesn't want to accept a malfunctioned product. This has made me not want to go to this liberty health sciences(home location). So in conclusion, I love the company, just not this location due inexperienced/cocky staffing. I have never seen a manager that didn't know the difference between badder and wax but highly recommend you fix that since he's a manager so he'll be sending patients to you're competitors. I have never been treated so poorly/like I was dumb by a dispensary agent in my four years of medical. The manager Christopher Davis didn't even remove the previous milligrams of the returned product, and added 738mgs to my script for the exchanged product that was not removed from the script.

Rude, and disrespectful towards my 75 year old grandmother. I dropped her off, and before I made it inside they were flipping out on her, and my mom. My grandmother asked my mom ONE QUESTION, as she could not remember what she prefers (indica v sativa; she doesn’t know the difference… even when explained… she’s 75… she tells us which items she likes, and dislikes… and we know she prefers sativa)… Three employees started having a conniption over this. Never even asked for my mom’s ID. I was walking at the door at this point, completely confused as it had been less than 2 minutes. I asked what was going on, and was told the three of us needed to leave. Again, I was not even in the door, and they NEVER asked for my mom’s ID, or mine. They all just had very big attitudes, for a very small question. There was absolutely no kindness, or compassion. We have been to many, many other stores, and have NEVER been treated like a stray animal with no tags… we have IDs, and we are human beings. You can be rude to me all you want (I wasn’t in long enough for them to be); but I will be DAMNED if someone treats my grandmother poorly. I purchased from here ONE TIME prior to this event, and was so excited for the pricing/deals but I much rather pay more, for less… than to be talked to like anything less than a human.
