The GM is terrible, it started with a good attitude, I didn’t have cash, she told me to go get and come back. I come back 2 minutes before close and she rudely states that she has a life and that she closed the drawer because it’s almost 8 o clock. Telling me unimportant stuff like what she has to do after work. That lady needs to go, if you’re going to be a GM you should expect to open and close. It wasn’t cool that she told me to go get it as if she would take care of me before closing time. If someone can get back to me with corporate number.

I’d been shopping around for years and since they put a Sanctuary less than a mile from my house u honestly haven’t gone anywhere else! I highly recommend as the staff is always pleasant and helpful and the prices are unbeatable!! The only drawback is them not being able to keep some of the strains in stock and then we have to live without our favorite flower for a bit. I absolutely LOVE this dispensary!!

Some of the nicest people work here. The products are good. The prices are fair. The reward system is a little bit flawed. There are some serious corporate issues with this company. I don't even think the employees or management get the support they really need from corporate. There's been quite a few changes made to the reward system, and none of it has ever worked properly through the computer system.But every single time that I've run into any issue here, the employees and management have taken their time to help me out. Never once did I feel like I was getting an attitude from anyone.And that's the primary reason I keep coming back. No one is perfect, but the customer service here is good. They work as fast as they can, and they will take the time to help you with your order if you need it.

This was my go to place until the prices went way up while the quality stayed the same. $35 for small buds? $60-65 for what used to be the standard $50 large buds and renamed “Top Cut” Why? Most other places have some really good whole flower for $25/8th or less. Don’t waste your time/rec at Sanctuary unless you just like throwing away money. The only way they’ll lower prices again is if people stop shopping there.

One of the friendliest dispensaries in town. Prices on flower and other products are pretty much unbeatable. Higher quality flower is in stock more often than other places. And the drive-thru is a game changer. It turns what is usually a painful wait in other dispensaries, into a relaxing 5 minutes in my car sitting down with the air conditioning on my face. On more than one occasion, the tender has gone out of their way to recommend better products or more inexpensive deals. They really do try over here.

Placed order online for pickup and waited in drive thru for 15 mins until I realized no one was going to come, then go inside to only wait another 30 minutes because they prioritize walk ins rather than orders placed online. 0/10 experience will not be returning and product was not even a little worth the wait, actually had mold on one of the buds. BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS DISPENSARY!!!And only this WPB Sanctuary dispensary!!! They are robbing us!! Please look at all the other flower menus from other Sanctuaries and you’ll never see INFUSED BUD, except for Boyton Beach which only puts the Live Cure bud on there!! To think WPB charges $25 an 8th. That’s an extra $10 bucks for same stuff same branch stores. Am I making sense people? Ps..I live in WPB now just moved here from BOCA. So now I have to go all the way to sanctuary in Boyton Beach to get the same stuff that’s on WPB menu in the Infused section that’s at any other Sanctuary Smalls menu!! I went in there twice to WBP and walked out twice with nothing. Go figure! Who’s the manager/owner?!? Shame on ya’s!

The prices are beyond reasonable and the flower quality is better than most of the places you're going to find in the area. The manager was taking their time teaching a new employee and doing a fantastic job of being patient. They were able to get me in and out pretty quickly even while training a new employee.

Other dispensaries have containers of strains so you can see. Some of them allow you to smell strains. Sanctuary does not. They're not very personable when you walk up to the counter there's an iPad and they say there's the menu let me know what you'd like. So in silence for 5 minutes I looked through the menu. Told the person what I wanted. Other dispensaries I feel like they want to give me information as well as talk about products it's very Hands-On. Not at sanctuary. Also they do not accept canpay like everyone else. So I got charged extra $3 because I assumed I could use can pay and didn't have cash on me. Not sure if I'll be going back to sanctuary anytime soon

Sanctuary is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sanctuary dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sanctuary
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sanctuary in West Palm Beach online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS DISPENSARY!!!And only this WPB Sanctuary dispensary!!! They are robbing us!! Please look at all the other flower menus from other Sanctuaries and you’ll never see INFUSED BUD, except for Boyton Beach which only puts the Live Cure bud on there!! To think WPB charges $25 an 8th. That’s an extra $10 bucks for same stuff same branch stores. Am I making sense people? Ps..I live in WPB now just moved here from BOCA. So now I have to go all the way to sanctuary in Boyton Beach to get the same stuff that’s on WPB menu in the Infused section that’s at any other Sanctuary Smalls menu!! I went in there twice to WBP and walked out twice with nothing. Go figure! Who’s the manager/owner?!? Shame on ya’s!

I love this place . I love the atmosphere, the music to entertain you while you wait is always good . An my wait is NEVER LONGER than 2 mins. They have a sale every week better than any dispensary around. The people that work there are so knowledgeable they explain everything. I feel very comfortable with the sanctuary.

Fast forward a couple of months. Customer service is still top-notch, I love the drive-thru. And they consistently run good deals. There's rarely ever a wait. Absolutely nothing to complain about here. People shouldn't sleep on this place.

I'll take this place over Trulieve any day. Unlike Trulieve, the management treats their customers with respect. Their are almost no wait times at sanctuary and they quality of the product is unquestionably better than Trulieve.

They have excellent flower and the staff is very friendly but the service is extremely slow.. even with placing an order online and going through the drive thru, it takes 20 minutes for them to service each patient. The flower isn’t worth the wait.

This place has fantastic customer service. They were more than happy to answer all my questions which dispensaries definitely don't want to take the time to do. The prices are beyond reasonable and the flower quality is better than most of the places you're going to find in the area. The manager was taking their time teaching a new employee and doing a fantastic job of being patient. They were able to get me in and out pretty quickly even while training a new employee.

Other dispensaries have containers of strains so you can see. Some of them allow you to smell strains. Sanctuary does not. They're not very personable when you walk up to the counter there's an iPad and they say there's the menu let me know what you'd like. So in silence for 5 minutes I looked through the menu. Told the person what I wanted. Other dispensaries I feel like they want to give me information as well as talk about products it's very Hands-On. Not at sanctuary. Also they do not accept canpay like everyone else. So I got charged extra $3 because I assumed I could use can pay and didn't have cash on me. Not sure if I'll be going back to sanctuary anytime soon

1st time was great ,2nd time I tried to get a pickup order and they sent me all the way back home because their systems were down. I tried calling the next day and their phone was disconnected. Very unprofessional. They could’ve taken my order manually like other dispensaries when this kind of stuff happens.

Really amazing customer service . Sam was very welcoming at the front desk and gave me some awesome recommendations. The budtender that helped me today, Camilla, was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The AGM who was there recommended a strain that they just sold out of but Camilla was quick to offer several recommendations. I left very happy and can’t wait to come back to this location!

First time here. Nice inside, good promos, found out about Dab Tabs n they have them so that's how I found them. Great Customer service and choices on flower. I will be going to them more often. Maybe eventually they will open a dispensary in the Boynton Beach area. 🤞🏼
