Been in twice now. First time, great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Went in yesterday, well, not the same thing.First, I absolutely HATE that dispensaries are pushing more people to use a kiosk in the store. Part of going in is learning what's new and what is good, etc. Can't get that from a kiosk.So the first time I went in, I asked if I could just order at the counter as I had questions. Wasn't a problem.Yesterday, I was told I have to use the kiosk. So I started to but got to the check out section and need to put in all of the info from my medical card. So I asked if I could go to the desk since you already have my info and it's easier than trying to type in my info in the kiosk. Basically, the lady there literally ignored me even though we were having a conversation where I asked her this. Was not confrontational in any way, just a matter of fact asking if I could order at the desk.I stood there for a few seconds before I realized she was just ignoring me. So I started to walk away and out of the store. She then looked up and asked if I wanted help from her. I told her I was fine since she seemed so busy.I was about to buy about $200-$300 of items. You have your employee to thank for losing that sale.Your products--at least the ones I've used so far--are excellent. However, the customer service--at least from this one person--should be addressed. And please stop insisting people use a kiosk. So impersonal and a pain to use....especially when you don't know what you want and need some suggestions...

I just really enjoy places that like to advertise close times and turn someone away when it's before close! And just shrug and smile at them. Don't advertise 9pm if you're closing every day before 8:50 🙂 no one cares in the absolute slightest that you feel the need to do closing tasks early so you can go home! Absolutely no one. Don't accept an order for 8-9PM if you're not actually fulfilling that time window. It's pretty cut and dry. Adjust your hours to reflect what times your employees ACTUALLY are deciding they feel like working because lying to customers is probably not your best bet 🙂 and for the three employees that smiled and shrugged then avoided eye contact with ten minutes before close, I won't forget you 🙂 you're still useless pieces of garbage who have no purpose in life 🙂

Found they had opened up and we wanted to go try out some of their products. First the customer service was wonderful, and made me felt comfortable and informed me of all the options I had for some back pain. Their Statemade and Lux products are the ones I bought and after trying them I am really impressed. I have tried a lot of carts, lots are poor quality sadly and especially with the news with fake carts and poor oils these were much higher quality, the taste was great and the effects were long lasting. I really like the statemade pen, very unique and the quality is great it has like a 3 second puff. Overall, really happy to have found MedMen here and I will definitely be back for these, and other products.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunburn
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

My first visit to this dispensary I was met by a smiling representative as I parked the truck. Once I entered the store I was awestruck with the immense size and stunning array of display cabinets. Every item laid out for easy viewing. I was pleasantly impressed by the knowledge possessed by the staff. Found they had opened up and we wanted to go try out some of their products. First the customer service was wonderful, and made me felt comfortable and informed me of all the options I had for some back pain. Their Statemade and Lux products are the ones I bought and after trying them I am really impressed. I have tried a lot of carts, lots are poor quality sadly and especially with the news with fake carts and poor oils these were much higher quality, the taste was great and the effects were long lasting. I really like the statemade pen, very unique and the quality is great it has like a 3 second puff. Overall, really happy to have found MedMen here and I will definitely be back for these, and other products.
