I found Sunburn driving past it going to another dispensary. I knew by their name I had to check it out, so pulled up their website and was impressed with their product selection as well as pricing. I stopped by this morning and had the pleasure of being helped by Nicole! She was so sweet and so friendly! As a born and raised Floridian it felt like I was at the beach! Like I just got up from laying out and wanted to get my smoke on but a seagull grabbed up my stash so I needed to replenish. That really was so appreciated, as not only did Danny help find me exactly what I required, but the fact that Nicole took the time to listen to my needs and help me make the best decision really resonated with me. You get spotty service at this location. I like MedMen in general, their products are unique and innovative. However, I've had experiences where I placed an order online one day (7/30) intending to pick it up the following day. I never received an email that the order was ready, I stopped by during normal business hours because I was out running errands already, and the store was closed with no notice about why it wasn't open during normal posted hours. I called today (8/1) to find out the status of my order and was told there were no pending orders and I needed to place the order a second time to be helped. Instead, I took my business elsewhere.It's a fine place to shop if they're open and have a more helpful staff in the store. Otherwise, you're better off going to a different location or a different dispensary all together.

From their shop blends to brand name products, MedMen has almost too much to choose from. On top of that, MedMen has the warmth and feel of how a dispensary should be. The high tech displays allow you to see a detailed description of all the products on-site and even view/smell them from the cases to get a closer look at what your purchasing. Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Sunburn is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunburn grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sunburn in Orlando does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunburn
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. I have never been more in love with a dispensary in my life. Probably the most welcoming dispensary in Central Florida. The staff is so extremely helpful and willing to educate anybody Who wants to learn more about medical marijuana. Honestly probably gonna be the only dispensary I start going to.

When I arrived, Ramon was extremely excited to answer all of my questions and to take me on a tour of the facility! I felt like I could ask him all of my questions without feeling scared, and he was super friendly and all his answers were through and clear. Also, Lauren and Manuel were super helpful as well as friendly to have a conversation with. They all make me want to just talk to them for hours, all wonderful people. Overall, this was one of the best dispensary experiences I have had, and I can’t wait to come back!

I went into the MedMen today for the first and from the moment I walked in the door the vibes were immaculate. Liz welcomed and informed me of how everything worked and introduced me to Ramon, who helped me pick out the products that were best for me. They were extremely helpful and made the process a breeze. Having only been to MedMen the one time, I can confidently say I will be back many more. The products are of the utmost quality and variety. From their shop blends to brand name products, MedMen has almost too much to choose from. On top of that, MedMen has the warmth and feel of how a dispensary should be. The experience almost resembles visiting a brainchild of an Apple store and a Colorado dispensary mixed elegantly. The high tech displays allow you to see a detailed description of all the products on-site and even view/smell them from the cases to get a closer look at what your purchasing. From the moment I walked in and to the time I left, I received the highest expectations of customer service. I especially want to thank Marby, Kristen, and Ramon for making my time at MedMen splendid. With the help of any of the staff, I am sure you won’t be astray or disappointed. Definitely recommend and will soon be back!
