Ive had great experiences at other sunnysides across the country, so not sure if this is just a one off experience. The budtender forgot to give my partner back his ID and his change (maybe like $12). This was after messing up his order, adding things he didnt want, giving him different totals.He didnt realize he didnt have his id until we were at the airport 🙁 so i had to drive allll the way back to sunnyside to get it. Granted he shouldve checked but typically they never forget to give the ID back at dispensaries!!And to top it off this is my brand new cart i got from there. The oil is really dark and not full. Really disappointing to get old product 🙁

First time here was not impressed. Fast service with barely and Customers in there. That was the best part. Young ones working. Asked them a few questions, but already new the answers. Asked them about a wax and its consistency. They said it was made the cleanest so I paid a bit more for quality. I specifically asked if the was was soupy or more solid. They said the wax was really good. It was like soup and I like it more of a solid consistency. And the taste was horrific. You know that smell of dampness thats been sitting and molding or the smell of antiques? Well that is was it taste like. Gave me a monster headache and the taste made me want to throw up. Non refundable too.

Today was my third visit to Sunnyside and I was helped by Amber at the front desk. Amber had great people skills, was patient, and helped give me a verbal overview of all the questions I had pertaining to my medical card and account. After that extremely pleasant experience at the front desk, I walked to the main room where Ian helped me by explaining the terpenes of all the products almost by heart. Ian helped me (finally) understand that terpenes are the primary components of essential oils. They are responsible for the aroma. This helped me correlate the potency and effects of the purchased marijuana vs. my desired results. Ian and Amber made my experience a 10/10.

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sunnyside in Orlando does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If Sunnyside in Orlando online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories.
