I just recently quit my job at Trulieve bc of some immoral acts and decided to discontinue buying from that company so I decided 2 switch to Sunnyside since it's closer to my house and the name isn't a gimmick. I've been there a few times before and wasn't ever disappointed in their product or employees. Today I went in and Michele and Gabe were super helpful even gave me some time to express my heartache over quiting and why. I will always shop Sunnyside for now on because as lame as it sounds they brought back the Sunnyside of marijuana for me, I almost gave up on the industry bc of the other place, but they restored my faith swiftly. Ive had great experiences at other sunnysides across the country, so not sure if this is just a one off experience. The budtender forgot to give my partner back his ID and his change (maybe like $12). This was after messing up his order, adding things he didnt want, giving him different totals.He didnt realize he didnt have his id until we were at the airport 🙁 so i had to drive allll the way back to sunnyside to get it. Granted he shouldve checked but typically they never forget to give the ID back at dispensaries!!And to top it off this is my brand new cart i got from there. The oil is really dark and not full. Really disappointing to get old product 🙁

Asked them about a wax and its consistency. They said it was made the cleanest so I paid a bit more for quality. I specifically asked if the was was soupy or more solid. They said the wax was really good. It was like soup and I like it more of a solid consistency. And the taste was horrific. You know that smell of dampness thats been sitting and molding or the smell of antiques? Well that is was it taste like. Gave me a monster headache and the taste made me want to throw up. Today was my third visit to Sunnyside and I was helped by Amber at the front desk. Amber had great people skills, was patient, and helped give me a verbal overview of all the questions I had pertaining to my medical card and account. After that extremely pleasant experience at the front desk, I walked to the main room where Ian helped me by explaining the terpenes of all the products almost by heart. Ian helped me (finally) understand that terpenes are the primary components of essential oils. They are responsible for the aroma. This helped me correlate the potency and effects of the purchased marijuana vs. my desired results. Ian and Amber made my experience a 10/10.

This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sunnyside in Orlando does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Sunnyside
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sunnyside in Orlando online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

Love this new location! I've been waiting for a dispensary to open closer to Ocoee and this place is super convenient to get to off Colonial. Staff is super friendly and I'm always in and out very quickly. Definitely recommend this cute location!
