Be careful doing business with Sunny SideThis is the third issue we have had with SunnySide. The other two happened at the Cordova location. The first was the employee was too high to do their duties. The second issue was when the employee "manually calculated" the cost and overcharged $130. It took an hour to teach this employee the math skills (the manager was there but did not step in) they needed to correct the issue. We decided to try another store hoping it was an issue with this location and not surprising it seems to be a company wide issue.Now for today, my wife is disabled and unable to eat without her meds. We ordered the meds to be delivered this afternoon so she could sleep this morning because she was out. Apparently, even if you place an order and schedule a delivery that does not matter. Danielle (one of many managers at this location working today) cancelled the delivery because they have a "system". They didn't use the "system" last night when the order was made but this morning when she was sleeping. Since she did not answer, the management at this location cancelled her delivery. When my wife called they offered to deliver the order in 4 days time.I called as my wife is not feeling well without her meds, and was lied to by Ms. Danielle and she stated she could not discuss it with me per HIPPA. Still trying to be nice, I offered to allow her to speak to my wife (and my wife provide approval for her to speak with me) so that we could speak and she stated this was not legal. I cannot share further because of the forum. Either there is another "system" used to deflect customers that have complaints or need information, they are high at this location as well. or they are knowingly being untruthful.This business model is not being run like a pharmacy but as a place for the staff to get loaded, make up "laws" when it meets their needs and mislead the public. The last insult to injury is when Ms. Danielle stated "if her delivery staff gets done early" they can fulfill their commitment then. I don't believe this for a minute. Either way, my wife is unable to eat and as long as she is not feeling well due to this issue I will continue to post reviews on any and all forums.Update:We repeatedly attempted to call the N. Miami location to see if their "delivery team" was going to make it back in time to complete the delivery as Ms. Danielle suggested. It appears we are now being screened and this location will not answer the phone. We have not been ugly with them and just posted what was going on. It appears they are a not professional at any level.I am getting ready to leave work early to stop by the Oakland location since I cannot confirm anything with the N. Miami location. Hopefully they answer before I leave as they do not use a number associated with Sunny Side when they call and it shows as a financial company on the caller ID. I wish I could assign negative stars.

Had to show my identity.I got a tour!I was transported... to a distant future where the language was new and alien...Smoking pot, bonging Marijuana, choosing buds for "Mary Jane", MJ, marihootchie,... no longer needing the old school lingo,... my has it changed!!I felt like a dinosaur because I'm so old school- not that I bought anything, but I went with a friend... he bought.No dime or nickel bags. Lots of plastic and "brand name" products. It all seems so expensive.... but the place wasClean; attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant staff. An enjoyable tour - nothing more!😏🤔😉😺

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of working with Johnathan and Marilyn and it was the highlight of my day! They were so helpful and I enjoyed our conversations so much I ended up spending at least 15 extra minutes there just chatting! Marilyn gave me amazing gardening tips that I literally left and went and got what she recommended! So incredibly sad what's happened. One Plant use to have the best cannabis in the state. Perfectly trimmed and cured buds, using seeds bred by top cultivars. Now, since SunnySide has taken over, the quality of the flower is embarrassing. All the best strains are gone (Mac 1, Ice Cream Cake, London Pound Cake). The quality doesn't even compare to the other dispensaries now. Sad!

I just want to start by saying that once I talk to someone in Management or Corporate, I will be more than happy to delete this review, and provide a better one.I went to the dispensary on July 15, 2022 I bought 3 products, a battery, and two cartridges. The battery (Vessel) did not work and I had to troubleshoot it 3 times before getting it to actually work properly. One of the two cartridges that I purchased got clogged and I had to unclog it many times essentially meaning I wasted money on A) a battery and B) a cartridge.I have called the customer service number and they tell me that someone before 8 PM EST will call me in regards to my complaint and I have not received one phone call from someone. Actually, today, I called the same number, the lady told me someone would reach out to me before 8 PM, and no one did.As a first time patient this is obviously not the most convenient experience, and I can always see two sides to a story, but I feel like I essentially wasted money on products, and the company is providing me with no actual resolution. So like I said in the beginning once I talk to someone I will delete this and provide a better one.I know you can do better, Sunnyside!

The people who work there are very knowledgeable about the product and extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience coming here. The entire staff is outstanding. My budtender was Evelyn, she was very sweet and extremely helpful. I always have a great experience when she helps me out.

Amazing dispensary with incredible staff! I can always find exactly what I’m looking for with the help of the knowledgeable budtenders that work here. I had an issue finding strains that work for me previously, but Anderson and Evelyn were able to help narrow it down and educate me on the concept of terpenes! Diego, Dean, and Ozzie also educated me on the new rolling state limit which I really appreciate as a patient. I really enjoy that everyone here is able to connect on a patient-to-patient level, which adds to the experience overall. Marilyn and Susan were also super friendly and pointed me towards some swag they had in store, while Kenny rang me out for my purchase. Needless to say I will definitely be returning and look forward to seeing everyone’s smiling faces again!

I have been to this location several times and tried several different strains.Each one has been effective in helping me with my ailments I would definitely recommend going if you’re a new patient.I have tried several different dispensaries and really enjoyed the experience that, Anderson gave me upon coming into the dispensary. Ordering online to me was faster but walking in and shopping was as convenient and did not have any difficulties.Since this is in my neighborhood the quick drive will definitely have me returning along with the quality of the flower.🥰

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sunnyside in North Miami does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If Sunnyside in North Miami online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. I LOVE this Sunnyside! Every employee has been wonderfully friendly, helpful and genuinely kind each time I have gone in. Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of working with Johnathan and Marilyn and it was the highlight of my day! They were so helpful and I enjoyed our conversations so much I ended up spending at least 15 extra minutes there just chatting! Marilyn gave me amazing gardening tips that I literally left and went and got what she recommended! These are very caring and wholesome folks that work here whom are insanely knowledgeable about their stuff! I literally look forward to running out of weed and getting to stop in!

Today was my husband’s first visit to Sunnyside, while I was just a visitor, i want to compliment the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and greeted us upon entering. However, TT went above and beyond to make sure we had the knowledge of each product and were of the deals that were available before finalizing purchase. Also informed us on HIPPA and what is and is not allowed. We will definitely be returning. My husband is very pleased with both the experience and the product. So incredibly sad what's happened. One Plant use to have the best cannabis in the state. Perfectly trimmed and cured buds, using seeds bred by top cultivars. Now, since SunnySide has taken over, the quality of the flower is embarrassing. All the best strains are gone (Mac 1, Ice Cream Cake, London Pound Cake). The quality doesn't even compare to the other dispensaries now. Sad!

I just want to start by saying that once I talk to someone in Management or Corporate, I will be more than happy to delete this review, and provide a better one.I went to the dispensary on July 15, 2022 I bought 3 products, a battery, and two cartridges. The battery (Vessel) did not work and I had to troubleshoot it 3 times before getting it to actually work properly. One of the two cartridges that I purchased got clogged and I had to unclog it many times essentially meaning I wasted money on A) a battery and B) a cartridge.I have called the customer service number and they tell me that someone before 8 PM EST will call me in regards to my complaint and I have not received one phone call from someone. Actually, today, I called the same number, the lady told me someone would reach out to me before 8 PM, and no one did.As a first time patient this is obviously not the most convenient experience, and I can always see two sides to a story, but I feel like I essentially wasted money on products, and the company is providing me with no actual resolution. So like I said in the beginning once I talk to someone I will delete this and provide a better one.I know you can do better, Sunnyside!

I absolutely love this place. I have been to a few spots out here in Miami and none of them compare to sunnyside. I love the selection of product they have. The people who work there are very knowledgeable about the product and extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience coming here. The entire staff is outstanding. My budtender was Evelyn, she was very sweet and extremely helpful. I always have a great experience when she helps me out.

Amazing dispensary with incredible staff! I can always find exactly what I’m looking for with the help of the knowledgeable budtenders that work here. I had an issue finding strains that work for me previously, but Anderson and Evelyn were able to help narrow it down and educate me on the concept of terpenes! Diego, Dean, and Ozzie also educated me on the new rolling state limit which I really appreciate as a patient. I really enjoy that everyone here is able to connect on a patient-to-patient level, which adds to the experience overall. Marilyn and Susan were also super friendly and pointed me towards some swag they had in store, while Kenny rang me out for my purchase. Needless to say I will definitely be returning and look forward to seeing everyone’s smiling faces again!

I am very selective of where I go to get my medicine. I have been to this location several times and tried several different strains.Each one has been effective in helping me with my ailments I would definitely recommend going if you’re a new patient.I have tried several different dispensaries and really enjoyed the experience that, Anderson gave me upon coming into the dispensary. Ordering online to me was faster but walking in and shopping was as convenient and did not have any difficulties.Since this is in my neighborhood the quick drive will definitely have me returning along with the quality of the flower.🥰

Seemed fresh and the vape they recommended is very smooth and tasty. I wasn’t a fan of the shake because it was too ground, but they have an awesome selection. Definitely will stop in more often.
