Be careful doing business with Sunny SideThis is the third issue we have had with SunnySide. The other two happened at the Cordova location. The first was the employee was too high to do their duties. The second issue was when the employee "manually calculated" the cost and overcharged $130. It took an hour to teach this employee the math skills (the manager was there but did not step in) they needed to correct the issue. We decided to try another store hoping it was an issue with this location and not surprising it seems to be a company wide issue.Now for today, my wife is disabled and unable to eat without her meds. We ordered the meds to be delivered this afternoon so she could sleep this morning because she was out. Apparently, even if you place an order and schedule a delivery that does not matter. Danielle (one of many managers at this location working today) cancelled the delivery because they have a "system". They didn't use the "system" last night when the order was made but this morning when she was sleeping. Since she did not answer, the management at this location cancelled her delivery. When my wife called they offered to deliver the order in 4 days time.I called as my wife is not feeling well without her meds, and was lied to by Ms. Danielle and she stated she could not discuss it with me per HIPPA. Still trying to be nice, I offered to allow her to speak to my wife (and my wife provide approval for her to speak with me) so that we could speak and she stated this was not legal. I cannot share further because of the forum. Either there is another "system" used to deflect customers that have complaints or need information, they are high at this location as well. or they are knowingly being untruthful.This business model is not being run like a pharmacy but as a place for the staff to get loaded, make up "laws" when it meets their needs and mislead the public. The last insult to injury is when Ms. Danielle stated "if her delivery staff gets done early" they can fulfill their commitment then. I don't believe this for a minute. Either way, my wife is unable to eat and as long as she is not feeling well due to this issue I will continue to post reviews on any and all forums.Update:We repeatedly attempted to call the N. Miami location to see if their "delivery team" was going to make it back in time to complete the delivery as Ms. Danielle suggested. It appears we are now being screened and this location will not answer the phone. We have not been ugly with them and just posted what was going on. It appears they are a not professional at any level.I am getting ready to leave work early to stop by the Oakland location since I cannot confirm anything with the N. Miami location. Hopefully they answer before I leave as they do not use a number associated with Sunny Side when they call and it shows as a financial company on the caller ID. I wish I could assign negative stars.

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of working with Johnathan and Marilyn and it was the highlight of my day! So incredibly sad what's happened. One Plant use to have the best cannabis in the state. Perfectly trimmed and cured buds, using seeds bred by top cultivars. Now, since SunnySide has taken over, the quality of the flower is embarrassing. All the best strains are gone (Mac 1, Ice Cream Cake, London Pound Cake). The quality doesn't even compare to the other dispensaries now. Sad!

I just want to start by saying that once I talk to someone in Management or Corporate, I will be more than happy to delete this review, and provide a better one.I went to the dispensary on July 15, 2022 I bought 3 products, a battery, and two cartridges. The battery (Vessel) did not work and I had to troubleshoot it 3 times before getting it to actually work properly. One of the two cartridges that I purchased got clogged and I had to unclog it many times essentially meaning I wasted money on A) a battery and B) a cartridge.I have called the customer service number and they tell me that someone before 8 PM EST will call me in regards to my complaint and I have not received one phone call from someone. Actually, today, I called the same number, the lady told me someone would reach out to me before 8 PM, and no one did.As a first time patient this is obviously not the most convenient experience, and I can always see two sides to a story, but I feel like I essentially wasted money on products, and the company is providing me with no actual resolution. So like I said in the beginning once I talk to someone I will delete this and provide a better one.I know you can do better, Sunnyside!

The people who work there are very knowledgeable about the product and extremely helpful. I have never had a bad experience coming here. The entire staff is outstanding. I had an issue finding strains that work for me previously, but Anderson and Evelyn were able to help narrow it down and educate me on the concept of terpenes! Diego, Dean, and Ozzie also educated me on the new rolling state limit which I really appreciate as a patient. I really enjoy that everyone here is able to connect on a patient-to-patient level, which adds to the experience overall. This dispensary, officially referred to by the state as a medical marijuana treatment centers, or MMTC for short is licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
Sunnyside is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Sunnyside dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Sunnyside in North Miami does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Sunnyside
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Sunnyside in North Miami online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Be careful doing business with Sunny SideThis is the third issue we have had with SunnySide. The other two happened at the Cordova location. The first was the employee was too high to do their duties. The second issue was when the employee "manually calculated" the cost and overcharged $130. It took an hour to teach this employee the math skills (the manager was there but did not step in) they needed to correct the issue. We decided to try another store hoping it was an issue with this location and not surprising it seems to be a company wide issue.Now for today, my wife is disabled and unable to eat without her meds. We ordered the meds to be delivered this afternoon so she could sleep this morning because she was out. Apparently, even if you place an order and schedule a delivery that does not matter. Danielle (one of many managers at this location working today) cancelled the delivery because they have a "system". They didn't use the "system" last night when the order was made but this morning when she was sleeping. Since she did not answer, the management at this location cancelled her delivery. When my wife called they offered to deliver the order in 4 days time.I called as my wife is not feeling well without her meds, and was lied to by Ms. Danielle and she stated she could not discuss it with me per HIPPA. Still trying to be nice, I offered to allow her to speak to my wife (and my wife provide approval for her to speak with me) so that we could speak and she stated this was not legal. I cannot share further because of the forum. Either there is another "system" used to deflect customers that have complaints or need information, they are high at this location as well. or they are knowingly being untruthful.This business model is not being run like a pharmacy but as a place for the staff to get loaded, make up "laws" when it meets their needs and mislead the public. The last insult to injury is when Ms. Danielle stated "if her delivery staff gets done early" they can fulfill their commitment then. I don't believe this for a minute. Either way, my wife is unable to eat and as long as she is not feeling well due to this issue I will continue to post reviews on any and all forums.Update:We repeatedly attempted to call the N. Miami location to see if their "delivery team" was going to make it back in time to complete the delivery as Ms. Danielle suggested. It appears we are now being screened and this location will not answer the phone. We have not been ugly with them and just posted what was going on. It appears they are a not professional at any level.I am getting ready to leave work early to stop by the Oakland location since I cannot confirm anything with the N. Miami location. Hopefully they answer before I leave as they do not use a number associated with Sunny Side when they call and it shows as a financial company on the caller ID. I wish I could assign negative stars.

So incredibly sad what's happened. One Plant use to have the best cannabis in the state. Perfectly trimmed and cured buds, using seeds bred by top cultivars. Now, since SunnySide has taken over, the quality of the flower is embarrassing. All the best strains are gone (Mac 1, Ice Cream Cake, London Pound Cake). The quality doesn't even compare to the other dispensaries now. Sad!

I just want to start by saying that once I talk to someone in Management or Corporate, I will be more than happy to delete this review, and provide a better one.I went to the dispensary on July 15, 2022 I bought 3 products, a battery, and two cartridges. The battery (Vessel) did not work and I had to troubleshoot it 3 times before getting it to actually work properly. One of the two cartridges that I purchased got clogged and I had to unclog it many times essentially meaning I wasted money on A) a battery and B) a cartridge.I have called the customer service number and they tell me that someone before 8 PM EST will call me in regards to my complaint and I have not received one phone call from someone. Actually, today, I called the same number, the lady told me someone would reach out to me before 8 PM, and no one did.As a first time patient this is obviously not the most convenient experience, and I can always see two sides to a story, but I feel like I essentially wasted money on products, and the company is providing me with no actual resolution. So like I said in the beginning once I talk to someone I will delete this and provide a better one.I know you can do better, Sunnyside!

I had an issue finding strains that work for me previously, but Anderson and Evelyn were able to help narrow it down and educate me on the concept of terpenes! Diego, Dean, and Ozzie also educated me on the new rolling state limit which I really appreciate as a patient. I really enjoy that everyone here is able to connect on a patient-to-patient level, which adds to the experience overall.
