I renewed my medical card and was told that I could use the email receipt as the card until i receive the new one in the mail. It’s even on the email confirmation in bold text that this receipt could be used as proof of being a cardholder until the new card has arrived. Every other dispensary i’ve ever been to is okay with this and if i remember correctly i’ve even done this in the past at the West Palm Beach location of Surterra.Update: I just left Curaleaf and had no issue whatsoever with the problem the North Palm Beach location of Surterra gave me tonight. Curaleaf looked my Patient ID # up in the database and it shows that my card is renewed and fully capable to dispense my desired order. I’m annoyed this happened because I honestly loved this dispensary. Usually a very quick in and out process since I use to order online and there isn’t too many people in there at once. Also a manager came from the back very nicely and did try to help any way she could towards the end of the first 2 employees rudely saying they could not provide my order. For that reason I’ll give it 2 stars but will continue only using Curaleaf from this point forward.

Surterra has the best products with nice potency and delicious Terps. The premium eighths are the lowest priced at 32.50 to 50.00 with THC usually over 25%. The quickest dispensary in Florida. Almost zero wait time to be checked out, not like the other place where you wait 30 minutes to over an hour. If you enjoy vaping, their full spectrum carts are THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD! Stay away from that other big name that does the bait and switch on product potency. Surterra is now my only dispensary.

I've been coming here for a couple years and I actually really like their product. The reason they're getting one star is because of their ridiculous reservation system. The idea behind reserving something is so it's there when you get there. I reserved an order this morning, went this afternoon to pick it up to be told the order wasn't there. I asked them why if I reserved it and they said well it's on a first come first serve basis with the reservations. If it all gets picked up then they can't fulfill the reservations and the online ordering can't keep up with it. So in essence reserving it does not mean it's reserved or you'll actually get it. Beware. I specifically drove to this dispensary to get this product. Being offered another product doesn't work when you use specific strain is for medicinal reasons. Now that I can't trust the online ordering system, I probably won't be going back.

This store goes above and beyond in customer service and is always open to any issues you might have before or after product purchase. Also, their rewards program is consistently beneficial to their customers. Between the rewards points you accumulate and the regular sales they have across all product lines, you will not go broke or sacrifice quality. In the over-priced, under-quality FL jungle of medical cannabis, Surterra should be a regular stop. And the Coral Reefer line is AMAZING!

Every bad review is literally nonsensical and frankly hold 0 merit. If most of them just learned to READ, they wouldn’t be having such a hard time; EXAMPLE, “cancelled my order with no reason why. I went to Trulieve” ok, if you READ, Surterra hold orders till the end of business day, and hold prepaid orders for 48 hours. When you place pickup you also get a “RECEIVED” email confirming the order has been placed, its ready for you so just go in… Please just learn to read yall and you’ll have no problems. 5-Star customer service, the oil and concentrated products have the best Terp profiles on the market rivaling MUV, the flower still lacks in its consistency but still yields great effects! Carts, Tinctures, topicals, and concentrates is where Surterra shines the most. 60% 1st time in and 40% the 2nd time with daily sales and a decent rewards program helps save tons of money. Dispensary is nice. Probably one of the fastest one. Flower is all between 10-20% thc (usually about13-18) flower has no flavor. Dabs are pathetic and probably the worst soft wax I’ve ever tasted or smoked. The full spectrum pens great but that’s really the only thing here that stands out. It will definitely do. But if your looking for high quality for the same prices there’s is better place within 10miles. This soft wax is so thin it won’t even go on the dabbed and it burns like reclaim. Terrible

I usually have a pleasant experience here, today it was not as pleasant! Not only did I not get the product I asked for, I could not return the product since I left the store. I will remember that now, but that should be posted somewhere, instead I had to buy more product because they not only made me spend all my money on a type of flower I didn’t ask for they would not give me a refund since I left the store and stepped out side for a second and went right back in when I realized the store associate had not given me the right strain. Then The assistant manager came out, not even the manager like they said they were going to get for me. He said he could give me a 10% discount I realized after that I had already spent most of my money so I asked if they had a two pack they said no so they wasted a lot of my time on top of waiting for a manager. I am very displeased with the service I am very displeased with the staff everybody treated me like I was just a nuisance. I will make sure to never come back you lost a loyal customer and ruined my experience of Surterra Wellness.

Surterra is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Surterra dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Surterra
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Surterra in North Palm Beach online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I renewed my medical card and was told that I could use the email receipt as the card until i receive the new one in the mail. It’s even on the email confirmation in bold text that this receipt could be used as proof of being a cardholder until the new card has arrived. Every other dispensary i’ve ever been to is okay with this and if i remember correctly i’ve even done this in the past at the West Palm Beach location of Surterra.Update: I just left Curaleaf and had no issue whatsoever with the problem the North Palm Beach location of Surterra gave me tonight. Curaleaf looked my Patient ID # up in the database and it shows that my card is renewed and fully capable to dispense my desired order. I’m annoyed this happened because I honestly loved this dispensary. Usually a very quick in and out process since I use to order online and there isn’t too many people in there at once. Also a manager came from the back very nicely and did try to help any way she could towards the end of the first 2 employees rudely saying they could not provide my order. For that reason I’ll give it 2 stars but will continue only using Curaleaf from this point forward.

Surterra has the best products with nice potency and delicious Terps. The premium eighths are the lowest priced at 32.50 to 50.00 with THC usually over 25%. The quickest dispensary in Florida. Almost zero wait time to be checked out, not like the other place where you wait 30 minutes to over an hour. If you enjoy vaping, their full spectrum carts are THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD! I've been coming here for a couple years and I actually really like their product. The reason they're getting one star is because of their ridiculous reservation system. The idea behind reserving something is so it's there when you get there. I reserved an order this morning, went this afternoon to pick it up to be told the order wasn't there. I asked them why if I reserved it and they said well it's on a first come first serve basis with the reservations. If it all gets picked up then they can't fulfill the reservations and the online ordering can't keep up with it. So in essence reserving it does not mean it's reserved or you'll actually get it. Beware. I specifically drove to this dispensary to get this product. Being offered another product doesn't work when you use specific strain is for medicinal reasons. Now that I can't trust the online ordering system, I probably won't be going back.

Every bad review is literally nonsensical and frankly hold 0 merit. If most of them just learned to READ, they wouldn’t be having such a hard time; EXAMPLE, “cancelled my order with no reason why. I went to Trulieve” ok, if you READ, Surterra hold orders till the end of business day, and hold prepaid orders for 48 hours. When you place pickup you also get a “RECEIVED” email confirming the order has been placed, its ready for you so just go in… Please just learn to read yall and you’ll have no problems. 5-Star customer service, the oil and concentrated products have the best Terp profiles on the market rivaling MUV, the flower still lacks in its consistency but still yields great effects! Carts, Tinctures, topicals, and concentrates is where Surterra shines the most. 60% 1st time in and 40% the 2nd time with daily sales and a decent rewards program helps save tons of money. Dabs are pathetic and probably the worst soft wax I’ve ever tasted or smoked. The full spectrum pens great but that’s really the only thing here that stands out. It will definitely do. But if your looking for high quality for the same prices there’s is better place within 10miles. This soft wax is so thin it won’t even go on the dabbed and it burns like reclaim. Terrible

I usually have a pleasant experience here, today it was not as pleasant! Not only did I not get the product I asked for, I could not return the product since I left the store. I will remember that now, but that should be posted somewhere, instead I had to buy more product because they not only made me spend all my money on a type of flower I didn’t ask for they would not give me a refund since I left the store and stepped out side for a second and went right back in when I realized the store associate had not given me the right strain. Then The assistant manager came out, not even the manager like they said they were going to get for me. He said he could give me a 10% discount I realized after that I had already spent most of my money so I asked if they had a two pack they said no so they wasted a lot of my time on top of waiting for a manager. I am very displeased with the service I am very displeased with the staff everybody treated me like I was just a nuisance. I will make sure to never come back you lost a loyal customer and ruined my experience of Surterra Wellness.

Always had a good experience here all the staff are usually so happy except for this one employee I waited in line for 25 minutes because he’s dispensed people so slowly he never smiles and told me because I wasn’t ready immediately that I had to get back in line and wait again. People who represent my company like that they get fired. Now Wonder people hate This place. It’ll be worth driving to the next town to a better surterra or Anywhere else spend your money with the company who is happy to have you as a customer.

Extreme poor customer service by manager Alexis. She is definitely not worried about keeping customers. She won’t budge an inch to accept a promotion that isn’t on the specific day. Just spent $400 when a promotion was coming 2 days later yet wouldn’t apply it just once. So much for empowerment to make customers happy! Had an issue on my previous purchase of $800 as well. Unprofessional! Will be going elsewhere from now on... Trulieve is much more flexible at pleasing the customer, and much friendlier staff. It’s further from me... but well worth it! Think twice before going to Surterra...

My favorite place to get my Wellness products. This is a younger company then most others. Surterra Wellness is progressing quickly and making their product The best medically, medicinally & healing product IMO on the market. 3rd time using them, unfortunately I spent 45 minutes ordering by phone and online. I mentioned to the employee on the phone that I couldnt wait past 330 and she told me that I'd be receiving a text when my order was ready and assured me that I'd be good to go. Never received a text and decided to go to the store and upon arrival they made me basically wait in line. What's the purpose of going through the hassle of preordering if nothing was done. I really like this dispensary, too bad their way too expensive, it's mind boggling. If they'd lower their prices I'd be in there every week. What I do like about them is mostly their coral reefer sativa and indica pens, they hit hard and fast. I also like that they give their customers space to look around for what they want. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable.

The second star is because they have nice staff in store, however, that doesn’t make up for missing product. The flower looks more along the lines of shake and weighs less than 3.5, when I called, they blamed it on “humidity”...I’ve heard that before. Moral of this, WEIGH your product from them
