Excellent service! This was my first visit ever to a dispensary, and they did not disappoint! The waiting area is… super spacious and the receptionist was friendly, both over the phone when I called in before and in person.When I was called into the product area, the associates there were extremely personable and knowledgeable. Did not realize that there was even a trulieve in Brandon since I had been going all the way out to dale Mabry, if I… were to go, hence why I did not go often to this particular dispensary. They were my go-to in the beginning, about 5 years ago, and I’m grateful that I found out that they’re close by because now I will be able to drive 1p minutes instead of 45! Product is usually on point I do know that this is a dispensary that if anything is unsatisfactory they will work to make it satisfactory with you. Now after being back after so long, I haven’t got to sample all the new products that I ordered yesterday, but I’m looking forward to trying each and every one of their products The store seemed a little hidden just because it was further back from the street, but was still easy to find and plenty of parking. The entrance was marked clearly and the employees inside were extremely friendly and helpful, and made you feel welcome. There was maybe one other person in the waiting room and my wait time was less than 3 minutes before I went back to the bud tender that was patient, extremely helpful, and friendly. I was in and out of the store in less than 10-15 minutes tops. Product looks and smells phenomenal. I will be back over and over again I’m sure!!read more

This is probably my favorite dispensary so far. They have a very wide range of products. I got the dark chocolate… cookies and I love them! I can’t wait to try more of their products! I would like to say that I am a patient person and I listen to people’s instruction and I know that in this time of the… world today people need patient and understanding but the way I was treated today by Tony whom stated he’s the only black supervisor and at the Brandon location was very rude today to me and I really didn’t appreciate it I know that they have a system but I have been following this system since thet started and I sat in this waiting room and seen three or four people before me state that they have ordered online just like I have and provided the last order numbers just like I did but, it was just my luck I guess that everyone that came in after me had ordered before me when I try to get a little explanation about this it was just really explained by Tony I really didn’t appreciate his attitude and told me he did me a favor by bumping me up in front of other people but I was informed my order was ready so why would you have to do that he was just very nasty and I didn’t appreciate. Like I also didnt an appreciate the young lady who was also black talking about me when I left the store to are the customers who were waiting. I get it Tony don’t care if he loses me as a customer because there’s many more where I come from but it’s cool thank God I have a choice not to return to this location.read more

Longhaired front desk guy needs to be checked immediately. He is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I COMPLETELY understand… why I hear such horrible things about this location. His guy openly complains about everything, including customers while others are sitting within hearing distance. Well.. honestly he’s loud enough we can all hear. A lady walks in without a mask and removes her card from her bra. He asks her to leave for a mask and a the door shut goes, “how would she feel if I pulled my card from out of my balls and gave it to her?” Few moments later he walks out to talk to security and comes back in at 737 flirting with a chick. He checks her in and IMMEDIATELY takes her to the back after telling a patiently waiting CUSTOMER it would be over an hour. After some time she comes walking out trulieve bag in hand, while we’re still waiting! Go to leave and him, security, and another teammate are smoking and complaining. I will NEVER come to this location again.read more

Orders are not being filled and they are baiting you into the store with filled order email then offering you another… product when you arrive. The person inline in front had half of their order unfulfilled. Call to confirm your order to avoid any issues. They never called or emailed that they don’t have product.read more

Placed one order at 830. Never notified it was ready. At 330, i just drove up there. Order still not ready, so I was… told to wait 20 minutes. In less than the time it took for them to wait on me, I placed a different order at a nearby dispensary. Before Trulieve was able to get me back, the other order was done. I canceled the order. I don’t mind waiting, but it should not take all day to fill one order.read more

Always friendly and wait is minimal. Pick up orders are usually quick and hassle free. Unlike, some other dispensaries… that keep you waiting extended periods ( more than 20 minutes) after its supposedly ready. Always have had pleasant experiences at all 4 locations I have tried.
