This truelieve location got it right if the rest of the stores could clone the employees from the manager all the way to the security guard They would have a lot of happy customers. Everyone is friendly know you by name have a personality and I have never been at this location longer than 10 to 15 minutes. Everyone at this stores deserves recognition from their bosses and a raise.

This is not my home store but they usually have a lot of deals and lots of grounds available. The staff is very nice. Sometimes, there are some interesting customers hanging around because it's next to the HardRock, but the staff always makes you feel safe. Regardless of the clientele, the staff are very efficient and knowledgeable.

Every other location is slow and full of people with attitude problems but people like Claude, Amanda and Mando and plenty others are the only reason I even keep this stupid medicinal card. She was barking at the woman before me and all i asked was how many are in front of me. 4 and all orders need to be filled my 9 and we have 2 cashiers... it's 8;30. I left. I've only filled at this location once and it took over and hour with only 2 people before me. I love trulieve but the majority of your stores lack employees that have customer service or want to work. I understand things need to be dispensed but 4 people in 30, I've been to brandon location with 1 worker dispense 10 in less than that and she is a Great employee. Be better hillsborough location.

The store seemed empty. After seeing someone that put me on a list they disappeared for 20 minutes. The person appeared again asking I please be patient because there were only 2 people working in the entire store and again disappeared into the next room. I waited another 7 minutes before just giving up and leaving. This was my first and last experience of a Trulieve.

When I got there, I realized they were just calling people back and I was just sitting there loosing time I didn’t have. so I asked the girl in the front if I was going to have to wait for everyone to make their purchase. Her response was “they walked in before you did”.. at that point I realize I would not be coming back to ANY trulieve for a while. They’re the “cheaper option” - not the BETTER option! ***ADD ON*** Be careful for the guy with curly hair he always try’s to ignore giving you your change in hopes of getting a larger tip (keeping your change in his drawer as a tip instead of giving you change and allowing you to put it in your tip jar) He has done this to me 3 times and now I know it’s on purpose. Plus, why would they have tip Jars if they’re keeping some of their tips in the cash register… makes no sense. He attempted to keep $10 as a tip on a $20 order in HIS CASH REGISTER. SMH I bet he acts confused or “mistaken” with anyone he tries to pull this on…

She seemed kinda almost snatched my I’d disrespectful when I went into the door to purchase my product. She just let the door shut behind her kind of felt like bad energy. I’m usually a regular still going to continue to be I did get help from a representative by the name of Clyde. That was really helpful and apologize. However, I just did not understand where the negativity came from with this young lady I don’t believe in the customer service industry even as a bartender you should let Customer Care know that even if you’re having a bad day

Juan is absolutely amazing!I have come twice just to see him because of how incredibly knowledgeable, kind, caring and just an excellent human being he is. He was able to recommend some products to me that were a complete game changer for my health and they really helped with my pain and inflammation! I went back the very next day to see him again and get more he is an amazing employee and everyone in that store is absolutely incredible. For now on this is going to be my only truelieve and I live pretty far away but it's well worth the drive. Thank you Juan !

Before this dispensary could open, it was licensed by the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU). In the state of Florida, dispensaries are officially referred to as medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Tampa does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time. If Trulieve in Tampa online menu is available on our site, this is the best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary. If enabled, after finding the right products you desire, reserve your order on our e-commerce platform.
Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary.
