Yet again another horrible experience dealing with trulieve staff. I walked in to this location to pick up my ordered prescription and the cashier was very unprofessional to say the least. I tried to ask questions about my account and the reason Im unable to use my reward points. Her responses were very loud, condescending and Unprofessional to the point that "I had to" gather my belongings and leave. I called trulieves customer care line immediately after leaving to report the incident. Still needing my prescription I returned to this store and was met by a different employee that was much more professional than the last and agreed that the female employees interaction with me wasnt okay. I'm not sure why I'm being targeted with poor customer service but i would like for it to stop.

This is not my home store but they usually have a lot of deals and lots of grounds available. The staff is very nice. Sometimes, there are some interesting customers hanging around because it's next to the HardRock, but the staff always makes you feel safe. Regardless of the clientele, the staff are very efficient and knowledgeable.

She was barking at the woman before me and all i asked was how many are in front of me. 4 and all orders need to be filled my 9 and we have 2 cashiers... it's 8;30. I left. I've only filled at this location once and it took over and hour with only 2 people before me. I love trulieve but the majority of your stores lack employees that have customer service or want to work. I understand things need to be dispensed but 4 people in 30, I've been to brandon location with 1 worker dispense 10 in less than that and she is a Great employee. Be better hillsborough location.

The store seemed empty. After seeing someone that put me on a list they disappeared for 20 minutes. The person appeared again asking I please be patient because there were only 2 people working in the entire store and again disappeared into the next room. I waited another 7 minutes before just giving up and leaving. This was my first and last experience of a Trulieve.

They’re the “cheaper option” - not the BETTER option! ***ADD ON*** Be careful for the guy with curly hair he always try’s to ignore giving you your change in hopes of getting a larger tip (keeping your change in his drawer as a tip instead of giving you change and allowing you to put it in your tip jar) He has done this to me 3 times and now I know it’s on purpose. Plus, why would they have tip Jars if they’re keeping some of their tips in the cash register… makes no sense. He attempted to keep $10 as a tip on a $20 order in HIS CASH REGISTER. SMH I bet he acts confused or “mistaken” with anyone he tries to pull this on…

Juan is absolutely amazing!I have come twice just to see him because of how incredibly knowledgeable, kind, caring and just an excellent human being he is. He was able to recommend some products to me that were a complete game changer for my health and they really helped with my pain and inflammation! I went back the very next day to see him again and get more he is an amazing employee and everyone in that store is absolutely incredible. For now on this is going to be my only truelieve and I live pretty far away but it's well worth the drive. Thank you Juan !

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Tampa does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Tampa online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. This is the best trulieve there is in my opinion. Everyone there is extremely helpful and accommodating and truly care about the well being of the patients that come into their dispensary. Juan is absolutely amazing!I have come twice just to see him because of how incredibly knowledgeable, kind, caring and just an excellent human being he is. He was able to recommend some products to me that were a complete game changer for my health and they really helped with my pain and inflammation! I went back the very next day to see him again and get more he is an amazing employee and everyone in that store is absolutely incredible. For now on this is going to be my only truelieve and I live pretty far away but it's well worth the drive. Thank you Juan !
