Casey(spell check) & CJ have made my last few experiences top notch! CJ has specifically guided me in finding the best options for my needs & wallet! Casey keeps a smile that’s contagious. There is a young lady with black and bluish/greenish hair whose name I cannot recall but she’s a real MVP. She worked the check in station the evening of July 18th! This store DOES NOT HONOR online ads if the ad was a mistake. I placed a large order online and screenshot the ad. When I got to this location on 5/20/24, the bald manager refused to honor the ad,even after a call from Customer Service, BUT THE CAPITAL AVE location was more than happy to HONOR the ad!! They have sales posted on their front desk that aren’t updated, and they don’t have helpful displays of their varied accessories (like the colorful trusticks, for example). Prefer going down the street to a more positive staff and better deals/displays. Girl employee with purple hair didn’t smile once to me or my boyfriend. While they were getting something for the first customer, I wanted to ask a question and she said she could only talk to him as one customer.. Understandable- but then as a second customer, they had no interest in asking what I wanted even after helping my boyfriend check out. I witnessed them refuse to open or show accessories to another curious customer. (Seems like they expect us to buy them without being on display, and I prefer not to guess what the accessory will look or function like.) I came to buy something, was told I was okay to.. but changed my mind upon not feeling welcome or having questions answered.

This Trulieve location sucks. The front desk person on Friday was really rude to everyone and seemed like he didn’t want to be there, which I get. But I’ve worked customer facing jobs before and there’s no excuse. Today, I checked in online for my pick up order, got a text saying I was ready to be served. I go in, check in, and wait about 40 minutes to be seen. After 20 I asked the front desk person how much longer, and they said there were 3 more people in front of me. I don’t understand why they have an order ahead system when honestly you get seen faster as a walk in. It’s very frustrating and my experience today helped my decide I will never shop at Trulieve again.

I just started back trying marijuana and I didn’t really know much information other than just it’s a psychoactive so I need more information. I went down to the Tennessee st location and was treated by this lovely lady and she said her name was Auria. When I tell you she was the sweetest and most patient person talking to about what I didn’t know!? She answered all the questions I had and even more. She is so smart and gave me a lot of recommendations and I left with not only what was possibly getting, but also carts and a few treats! Thank you guys for taking the time to help me out and I’ll definitely be a regular now thanks to her!

I had the pleasure of having Rachel B. as the cashier that helped my dad tonight. I have to go in with him as a guest due to him having seizures and not being able to be alone. Rachel was beyond amazing. She took the time to answer all the million questions my dad asked her, as well as deal with his attitude and never ever once did she get upset or aggravated or anything, she continued to be helpful and went above and beyond to please him. She has made us change to the store on Tennessee Street and no longer go to the store on Capital Circle. I can not tell you how grateful I am for Rachel, she made my trip so much easier by being patient and by smiling the whole time, being sweet and kind. SHE IS THE GREATEST TRULIEVE WORKER WE'VE MET YET!!!

Not so much this location but Trulieve as a whole I would give a zero star if I could. Every single time I order from this dispensary it is a disappointment. Whether I get the alert that my order is available and ready for pick up and then when I show up, they give me the sob story that there is no longer in stock. Or I show up after I have placed an online order which specifically states a certain THC percentage and then when I go to show up, it’s a good 30% lower than what I had ordered. Extremely frustrating when almost every other dispensary in town has better product at better prices.

Edit 2: Updating my original review after Harvest was bought by Trulieve.Prices are high and their proprietary stuff is mainly the focus of sales. It's not a very good place to get deals.Original staff was fired and replaced with Trulieve staff. If you've ever been a Trulieve customer in the past, their training of staff and knowledge leaves some things to be desired and turnover seems very high.There are no longer menus to order from. *You cannot view their inventory in store.* For walk-ins, you are completely reliant on staff to look up inventory on the computer and read it back to you verbally. I have no idea why Trulieve thought this was a good idea.This location is expensive, has poor customer service, poor deals, and awful design efficiency. A good dispensary was simply bought out and gutted. They were misleading on the phone when I called and asked if they accepted debit cards. They said yes they do no associated fee. I drive over there and oh look at that a $3 convenience fee to use my card. Okay, would have been nice to know that. Look at my bank account and got charged a foreign ATM fee by them as well. This could be because of my bank, but they said it’s because the merchant rang up the transaction as an ATM withdrawal. Convenience fee my friggin behind. I’d been $5 better off getting cash first.

Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.
Product types, different strains and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Trulieve in Tallahassee does not have what you are looking for, your Florida MedCard is universally accepted at any dispensary in the state.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
What Marijuana Products are Available at Trulieve
The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Trulieve in Tallahassee online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. It’s important to find what works for you.
Low tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabis with higher CBD products are available to patients as well who prefer the non-euphoric effect.

I had the pleasure of having Rachel B. as the cashier that helped my dad tonight. I have to go in with him as a guest due to him having seizures and not being able to be alone. Rachel was beyond amazing. She took the time to answer all the million questions my dad asked her, as well as deal with his attitude and never ever once did she get upset or aggravated or anything, she continued to be helpful and went above and beyond to please him. She has made us change to the store on Tennessee Street and no longer go to the store on Capital Circle. I can not tell you how grateful I am for Rachel, she made my trip so much easier by being patient and by smiling the whole time, being sweet and kind. SHE IS THE GREATEST TRULIEVE WORKER WE'VE MET YET!!!

Never have what the website says they have. Their packaging is plastic and has a sticky plastic covering that is super hard to get off. People at the counter are always trying to sell low percentage bud if I'm on a budget. Super long line. Great greeter but that's it.

Not so much this location but Trulieve as a whole I would give a zero star if I could. Every single time I order from this dispensary it is a disappointment. Whether I get the alert that my order is available and ready for pick up and then when I show up, they give me the sob story that there is no longer in stock. Or I show up after I have placed an online order which specifically states a certain THC percentage and then when I go to show up, it’s a good 30% lower than what I had ordered. Extremely frustrating when almost every other dispensary in town has better product at better prices.

I checked in online and had a express order I had opted in for to be quicker at the end of my work day and I got text saying ready to serve me because I was only person who checked in online and the trulieve worker informed me it's a 20 minute wait and to disregard that text. Why even have a online check in system if you don't follow it and especially a express pick up option people have Things to do and not trying to sit here for 20-30 minutes for a express order.

Edit 2: Updating my original review after Harvest was bought by Trulieve.Prices are high and their proprietary stuff is mainly the focus of sales. It's not a very good place to get deals.Original staff was fired and replaced with Trulieve staff. If you've ever been a Trulieve customer in the past, their training of staff and knowledge leaves some things to be desired and turnover seems very high.There are no longer menus to order from. *You cannot view their inventory in store.* For walk-ins, you are completely reliant on staff to look up inventory on the computer and read it back to you verbally. I have no idea why Trulieve thought this was a good idea.This location is expensive, has poor customer service, poor deals, and awful design efficiency. A good dispensary was simply bought out and gutted. The good rating is leftover from when this was a Harvest location with Harvest staff.The WALMART of weed strikes again.Other dispensary options I like in Tally:Grow Healthy - across the street from this location, good concentrates, no herbLiberty Health Services - near Target Copy, amazing 50% discount for new customers first three visits, great flower selectionSurterra - absolutely insane sales. Frequently have 25-50% off all kinds of products. Incredibly efficient quarters even without salesVidacann - Fantastic quality at a higher price. One in every 10 or so will stop working, about two thirds through the cart. However, it is easy to unscrew the top and extract the oil into another container, or onto flower.EDIT: I would like to make it clear that I have not mentioned this to the Staff. There may be a solution to the above issue, but too many people may take advantage even if the cartridge works.I have had no issues with the disposables. If you're comfortable with the extra waste, go that route.

They were misleading on the phone when I called and asked if they accepted debit cards. They said yes they do no associated fee. I drive over there and oh look at that a $3 convenience fee to use my card. Okay, would have been nice to know that. Look at my bank account and got charged a foreign ATM fee by them as well. This could be because of my bank, but they said it’s because the merchant rang up the transaction as an ATM withdrawal. Convenience fee my friggin behind. I’d been $5 better off getting cash first.
