I don't understand the point of express pick up if I still gotta wait longer than the walk in like u have my order it's not changing it should be able to be in and out for me not an hour long wait. No tap to pay for cards at this spot so went from a 2 to a 1 in my book.They only keep u in the express for like 10 minutes so if u put it on ur phone ur otw and get stuck in traffic they make u go and lay on ur phone to keep ur express order up and then u can't even re join on there site for express.

Came and in way before 8:30pm (7:45pm) tonight. Only to be told that the facility is no longer taking orders.Keep in mind my order was placed well before 8pm.Better Management is needed to help with the work flow at this particular location.Thank GOD the TAMARAC facility took my order.

I came in as a walkin. I was told the wait was long. I had 14 ppl in front of me and they had been waiting over 20 minutes so far. So I told the guy I would go across the street to buy a sandwich and be right back. When I returned I noticed that the 2 guys who were on line in front of me just before I gave my info were still waiting. So I notified the guy I was back and sat down. While waiting I had to go to ladies room. When I came out the guys were going inside to be serviced. Right after that several people were called about 10 to be exact.I approached the guy and asked if I had been called and he said”a long time ago!” But I was right here. Again 6 more ppl called. So I asked : do I have to give my info all over again and he said “no”. I sat down and waited another 15 minutes.He could have explained that I was placed at the bottom of the list all over again! Not impressed with this dispensary. Thank God a I got a great bystander Damian to take care of my needs

The staff, Telly and Jeff, are not trained on the products. They don’t know the correct prices or the correct product information. When you check out, they quote you a different price and they tell you it’s your problem and it doesn’t matter. Even though you already took money out the atm, they don’t care about about your money. They also told me they didn’t care they were out of stock on a certain product and it was my fault for not calling the store and only relying on the website. The manager, George, is always in a bad mood. He always has an attitude and seems like he hates his job. There are too many dispensaries out there for them to treat their customers poorly. I will never go back to that location, or maybe never go back to Trulieve at all. And yes this one bad experience will effect my experience with Trulieve overall. Such a shame to have horrible staff ruin an entire chain.

It was my first time here. Everything was great. I got the meds I needed. However, nothing weighed what it was supposed to. 3.5 grams was just 3. Is that normal? Please don't tell me I have a bad scale it was very expensive and has never let me down. It won't deter me from frequenting this location one bit.

Coral Springs Location: They never have your order ready, I placed my online order & 2 hrs later still no confirmation. This happens all the time! Their customer service is horrendous! I tried to call and was waiting for. 1/2 hour before I gave up and hung up. When I address this at the store they just shrug their shoulders as if saying, oh well..this is an every time occurrence. It never fails please do yourself a favor & go to Fluent Cannabis right down US-1 this place isn’t worth it. Please do not use them! The owner of this location need to take a good look of what’s going on here, because if he doesn’t know then I don’t think he gives a damn which explains a lot. and whoever is reading this if I’m lucky enough to get a response from the “true lie” owner he’s just gonna apologize about the experience and move on , just like their store they take no accountability ! they are the worst owned cannabis establishment I have ever associate myself with:I bet you this is the response that I getWe are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us. This location is the absolute worst. Their wait times are ridiculous, even when you have a pick up order and get in their online waiting room. I just picked up a TruPod battery and got in my car and opened it to find it covered in scratches. It looks like its been used before. Less than 5 minutes after walking out, I walked back in to tell them. The front desk rep didn’t even look up from her desk and said I would have to wait in line for 30 minutes and she could not have cared less about my issue or the fact that I had literally just walked out. There are better dispensaries with far better customer service. Save your time and don’t go here

This location is an entire a joke. I placed an online order at 6:55pm. At 8:05pm I got a text saying my order was ready and had the option to check in. At 8:10pm i recived a text advising me to "see the host" I pulled up to the store at 8:11pm they were already closed for the day... At 8:15 I received another text telling me to see the host or I would be removed from the check in.. HOW DO I CHECK IN WITH A HOST IF THE STORE IS CLOSED? Here's another kicker. As I'm writing this review I just got another text saying We're sorry we missed you! Please revisit the link in the "Your order is Ready" text/email to get back in line, or you can visit our check-in counter. What a JOKE!

Worse trulieve around..worst customer service... this trulieve is the absolute worst.. they will have u sitting in lobby for hours then without notice tells you it's 9oclock and they can't dispense anymore. I was there since 7:20 it was a long line I sat there until 9 o'clock just to say you not dispensing anymore when I placed my order the day before. I asked for a manager around 835 he never came and when he did it was only to tell me and the other 4 customers that we could not be served today have to come back tomorrow.. BUT I NEED NY MEDICINE NOW.. I'm calling corporate to make this report and hopefully they can help

    Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve

Don't forget my turn this time, I don't care how many Ryans are ahead of me.Help me make this review better.---------They're great until the person in front of you has the same first name as you, at that point be ready get skipped - as it's happened to me twice already.As mentioned, I've been skipped and the first time I get a "that's weird, it's never happened before" type of look from the person helping me, so it was just pushed through and moved on. No problem.The second time, about 4 weeks later, I go in to pick up an order placed the night before. I get all of the notifications that it's ready, so I go in this morning and a Ryan M. is in express and his name pops up before I reach the counter. Didn't think anything of it, then they call Ryan... I ask "which one?", assuming he was going first. No problem, Ryan M. goes in. Customer J comes in after me and them customer M. Next up, customer J. So I say something and was told that I can go in, but when we go back there, they call customer J. I let it go, and then customer M comes in to stand by with me. And he gets called next, so I say "excuse me, I was here before these two customers... He looks at me, looks me up and says oh here you are. I then say, "great, this is the second time it's happened..." And the response I receive is "yeah yeah yeah..." 😣😠 Seriously, just blow it off, huh?Not happy with the way the system works here, I'm sure it's like that elsewhere, but perhaps look at the initial of the last name as you go down the list of patients/customers and make sure this doesn't happen... Doesn't look good on ya.

    This location is an entire a joke. I placed an online order at 6:55pm. At 8:05pm I got a text saying my order was ready and had the option to check in. At 8:10pm i recived a text advising me to "see the host" I pulled up to the store at 8:11pm they were already closed for the day... At 8:15 I received another text telling me to see the host or I would be removed from the check in.. HOW DO I CHECK IN WITH A HOST IF THE STORE IS CLOSED? Here's another kicker. As I'm writing this review I just got another text saying We're sorry we missed you! Please revisit the link in the "Your order is Ready" text/email to get back in line, or you can visit our check-in counter. What a JOKE!

    Worse trulieve around..worst customer service... this trulieve is the absolute worst.. they will have u sitting in lobby for hours then without notice tells you it's 9oclock and they can't dispense anymore. I was there since 7:20 it was a long line I sat there until 9 o'clock just to say you not dispensing anymore when I placed my order the day before. I asked for a manager around 835 he never came and when he did it was only to tell me and the other 4 customers that we could not be served today have to come back tomorrow.. BUT I NEED NY MEDICINE NOW.. I'm calling corporate to make this report and hopefully they can help

    I’m so glad they opened this location. Always great customer service. Every time I come here they are super friendly and knowledgeable. Daniel helped me with my last purchase and I appreciate how he took time to answer my questions and help me out with my purchase, even though they were closing I didn’t feel rushed at all.

    truelieve does it again already one of my favorite dispensaries now they got Khalifa Kush... its a nice smooth blend of earthy and a lil O.G.ish its a nice head high but still functional a bit pricey but thats all packaging but worth it!

A big reason I go to this location is because of the employees including the manager George, he’s very sweet, helpful, kind and greets customers with a BIG SMILE… he’s very welcoming.     It is my second time at this location and I love it. It is clean, it is big, and the staff is super friendly. My first experience David assisted me with my order, He explains many of the different products and the differences and he just did an overall excellent job providing customer service. Of all the locations that I have been to this one so far is my favorite.

    Had my first experience at Trulieve Coral Springs today and could not be more pleased. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Eric, who took extra time to make sure my order was correct, that my carts were undamaged, and that I got my first time discount.
