Coral Springs Location: They never have your order ready, I placed my online order & 2 hrs later still no confirmation. This happens all the time! Their customer service is horrendous! I tried to call and was waiting for. 1/2 hour before I gave up and hung up. When I address this at the store they just shrug their shoulders as if saying, oh well..this is an every time occurrence. It never fails please do yourself a favor & go to Fluent Cannabis right down US-1 this place isn’t worth it. Please do not use them! The owner of this location need to take a good look of what’s going on here, because if he doesn’t know then I don’t think he gives a damn which explains a lot. and whoever is reading this if I’m lucky enough to get a response from the “true lie” owner he’s just gonna apologize about the experience and move on , just like their store they take no accountability ! they are the worst owned cannabis establishment I have ever associate myself with:I bet you this is the response that I getWe are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us. This location is the absolute worst. Their wait times are ridiculous, even when you have a pick up order and get in their online waiting room. I just picked up a TruPod battery and got in my car and opened it to find it covered in scratches. It looks like its been used before. Less than 5 minutes after walking out, I walked back in to tell them. The front desk rep didn’t even look up from her desk and said I would have to wait in line for 30 minutes and she could not have cared less about my issue or the fact that I had literally just walked out. There are better dispensaries with far better customer service. Save your time and don’t go here

No problem.The second time, about 4 weeks later, I go in to pick up an order placed the night before. I get all of the notifications that it's ready, so I go in this morning and a Ryan M. is in express and his name pops up before I reach the counter. Didn't think anything of it, then they call Ryan... I ask "which one?", assuming he was going first. No problem, Ryan M. goes in. Customer J comes in after me and them customer M. Next up, customer J. So I say something and was told that I can go in, but when we go back there, they call customer J. I let it go, and then customer M comes in to stand by with me. And he gets called next, so I say "excuse me, I was here before these two customers... He looks at me, looks me up and says oh here you are. I then say, "great, this is the second time it's happened..." And the response I receive is "yeah yeah yeah..." 😣😠 Seriously, just blow it off, huh?Not happy with the way the system works here, I'm sure it's like that elsewhere, but perhaps look at the initial of the last name as you go down the list of patients/customers and make sure this doesn't happen... Doesn't look good on ya.

This location is an entire a joke. I placed an online order at 6:55pm. At 8:05pm I got a text saying my order was ready and had the option to check in. At 8:10pm i recived a text advising me to "see the host" I pulled up to the store at 8:11pm they were already closed for the day... At 8:15 I received another text telling me to see the host or I would be removed from the check in.. HOW DO I CHECK IN WITH A HOST IF THE STORE IS CLOSED? Here's another kicker. As I'm writing this review I just got another text saying We're sorry we missed you! Please revisit the link in the "Your order is Ready" text/email to get back in line, or you can visit our check-in counter. What a JOKE!

Worse trulieve around..worst customer service... this trulieve is the absolute worst.. they will have u sitting in lobby for hours then without notice tells you it's 9oclock and they can't dispense anymore. I was there since 7:20 it was a long line I sat there until 9 o'clock just to say you not dispensing anymore when I placed my order the day before. I asked for a manager around 835 he never came and when he did it was only to tell me and the other 4 customers that we could not be served today have to come back tomorrow.. BUT I NEED NY MEDICINE NOW.. I'm calling corporate to make this report and hopefully they can help
I love this place! All the managers and staff are awesome! Javier assisted me today and he was so helpful and pleasant. I only go to this particular truelieve just because of the great staff members. Very clean and they always have what I need.

Really nice location, David A. is a wonderful employee who is very helpful and knowledgeable about more products + the overall process than I can even express. I really enjoy the vibes while going there. The inside is beautiful, the wait time isn't long at all for walk in when I go. Thank you for making the process at a new location easy for me, David! I’m so glad they opened this location. Always great customer service. Every time I come here they are super friendly and knowledgeable. Daniel helped me with my last purchase and I appreciate how he took time to answer my questions and help me out with my purchase, even though they were closing I didn’t feel rushed at all.

truelieve does it again already one of my favorite dispensaries now they got Khalifa Kush... its a nice smooth blend of earthy and a lil O.G.ish its a nice head high but still functional a bit pricey but thats all packaging but worth it!
SOOO HAPPY they have location in Coral Springs. Always a great Experience always clean give you drinks. David has helped me multiple times and is so knowledgeable helpful and takes the time to make sure all questions are answered. Trulieve always have good sales and rewards system i can go on all day on how impressed I am with this dispensary
I will only go to this location. Very clean, friendly and professional. I love how they even have bottled water for customers. A big reason I go to this location is because of the employees including the manager George, he’s very sweet, helpful, kind and greets customers with a BIG SMILE… he’s very welcoming. I recommend this place! Great staff for sure and great products.

It is my second time at this location and I love it. It is clean, it is big, and the staff is super friendly. My first experience David assisted me with my order, He explains many of the different products and the differences and he just did an overall excellent job providing customer service. Of all the locations that I have been to this one so far is my favorite.

Had my first experience at Trulieve Coral Springs today and could not be more pleased. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Eric, who took extra time to make sure my order was correct, that my carts were undamaged, and that I got my first time discount.
