I visited this curaleaf on June 19. I usually go to the one on 441, which is wonderful. I walked in, and instead of a “Hello” I got a“Pickup or Order”. I was picking up. The guy waved me through to the counter. No ID check. The counter guy, Jonathan, was very nice. He said hello and asked my birthdate to verify my order. I’m assuming he thought the other guy got my ID. Anyway, while I was being helped and no one was in the store waiting, an employee from the back came out and asked Jonathan why there was a crooked basket in back. My whole interaction took about 5 minutes and this guy couldn’t wait to chastise Jonathan about a basket? I found that very unprofessional to do in front of a customer. Why couldn’t he wait 2 minutes? Felt weird and uncomfortable. Anyway, Jonathan kept his composure and finished my order. Then he wished me well and I went on my way. Jonathan was amazing. The two other guys - terrible, do better.

So what happens is that if you have a regular product that you use, you will see price fluctuations constantly. I literally buy the same product every time I go in there, and I’ve paid $28, and I’ve paid $38 but one thing that is certain— it will be different every time. From now on, I’m going to Trulieve, where they don’t spin a wheel of magic to decide what the prices will be. I’m gonna go in there today, and I’m going to know exactly how much I pay. Curaleaf, on the corporate level, is run by simpletons.

Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Then packages and distributed within their own network.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
If it’s your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.

The best way to see the different product options before visiting the dispensary is to check out their online menu. If enabled, Curaleaf in Boca Raton online menu may be available on FL Dispensaries to reserve your order.
If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. The employees at the Boca Raton (Glades Rd) store are the best customer service oriented group I’ve dealt with. I go out of my way not to go to a curaleaf closer to me and drive to boca for that reason alone! Good job at filling orders correctly and quickly coupled with professionalism and respect 5 stars!

Zach and Alyssa are amazing!! Truly provided me with a VIP experience while helping me make my purchases. Between my Dad jokes and my indecisiveness I cam tell you that I'm not the easiest customer to deal with but even with 20 minutes left until closing they patiently and professionally guided me through making my final decisions and even provided some personality recommendations as well as some free goodies!
