Absolutely love this place! Went to visit my mother who was having issues with her previous dispensary. It was terrible. So, I took her here, and it was amazing. The people here took their time and made sure my mother understood what she was looking for, and what would work best for her. They paid attention and listening to her and answered every mundane question she had to ask. It was an amazing experience for her. I am glad I brought her here. I can rest easier knowing she found somewhere that isn't just gonna push her to buy whatever they want her too to make commission! Thank you to the team and everything y'all did for her

My recommendations were low so instead of calling me to get this fixed they waited for me with two miserable cartridges and telling me they tried to call me which means they didn’t call. I used to love that place but the lack of good customer service is making me go back to Trulieve who when this happened a while ago they called me and waited for the doctor to update the recommendations and fulfill my entire order. Don’t support this business, they even tried to give me my change $10 short. There’s plenty of good dispensaries out there, this one is a hole in the wall, it shouldn’t be called a dispensary.

Sucks how they changed their hours. I like how they would open earlier. I guess they listen more to their employees: I usually have a good experience but one day I walked in to a rude employee complaining about how the dispensary should open later. Incredible how people just don’t want to work now days. Other than this I would’ve gave it 5 stars. Now please don’t close the drive-thru too just because it’s too much work for your employees 😏

Why is 1/8 flower small container ALWAYS UNSEALED…it supposed to be completely seal when you remove the cap…WHY? Customer service is excellent…convenient location…but I don’t like that broken seal everytime…Not good…can Curaleaf answer my question

Curaleaf is vertically integrated, as are the rest of the MMTC’s. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Curaleaf grows their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvests, processes into a variety of products, packages and distributes within their own network.
Product types and availability can vary from store menu to store menu, depending on demand. If Curaleaf in Miami does not have what you are looking for, there is no legal obligation to stick to a single brand. Your medical marijuana card is universally accepted at any dispensary in Florida.
Purchasing Marijuana Products at Curaleaf
During your first visit, you’ll be required to complete intake forms. This lets the dispensary staff confirm your patient status and see what you were allotted by your medical marijuana doctor.
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders will make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.
Preparation Helps: See what’s available ahead of time.
