The new employees aren’t as friendly or helpful as the old crew. They usually have the best deals on vapes, but not so much to get home and find half the product is empty-I’d rather suck up the loss than go back & deal with that crew.

Very disappointed in my visit to ayr, I had stopped going here in the past because of the low quality of flower , was informed that they have many new strains asked staff for recommendations and they pointed me to the Gary payton x jealousy strain. 50$ for 3.5 I was expecting to be very happy with purchase but instead I was disappointed… strains look nothing like they do in the pics almost completely different & I was also informed I can’t use points towards the purchase of their higher quality strains . I have purchased these same strains from cookies Orlando for a cheaper price point and a way better smoking experience. Also I feel like the staff doesn’t have much knowledge on strains in the store.

He is really rude and has made multiple mistakes while cashing me out. They never offer anything to compensate us for the time we lost because of their errors. All other dispensaries have been apologetic and offered a discount for our next visit for the loss of our time. They never try to smooth things over to make the customers happy. They should be retrained in customer service or replaced with friendly competent staff.

Older population here in Sebring that rolls their own allot of times get some ground flower in stock and watch business go up and up I'm sure.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Ayr
