I LOVE the staff at the Sebring location, but since they did the web redesign I’ve wanted to pull my hair out. Last week my order was canceled because “card expired” - nope, it expires the 8th of Feb. Then they got my address wrong (and city!) after I tried to order today, though I’ve gotten delivery for awhile now. Their products ARE good, you’d do better off just going into the store til they work the kinks out on web page. 😐

Concentrate Carts tend to be dark brown some can be the good gold but you must request to see these ahead of time if you want to get one in which is quality. Its not preferable also when different budtenders allow me to see the cart and others wont remove it from the bottle and make me look in the cracks between both ends of the label. I shouldnt have to request to look at carts due to lack of quality for the SAME PRICES, but its seems like I have to do a deep look here to make sure I am getting the best quality for the best price. If not youll be charged $70 for a gram of dark brown distillate concentrate in which is diluted. Same goes for bud, it can be scary trying a new strain cause you dont know what youll get and the pictures attached show another strain

If you have been to one of these locations, you've been to em all basically. Customer service is terrible, corporate no accountability at its finest. Long wait times, whether you walk in or check in online ahead of time, expect to wait 30 minutes at least most days. You wait outside, then go inside and wait and then get taken to another room to wait some more. Terrible place if you have ptsd I loath this company and so do most others after a few visits. Make sure your flower hasn't been opened and skimped. It has happened to me several xs overall. If you can go someonewhere else, just do it. Stay away from this place. Management will just respond with send us an email and never contact you back. Corporate drones at its finest here. Staff will lie to you vs. just saying they don't know something they mess up what they dispense things under its a mess worst run dispensaries in the state of Florida. I’m sure this place can be great. However, my first impression was not great. First of all I have never been to a place like this so when I walked in I didn’t expect to be laughed at. So then she continued to tell me I need a medical card and pointed over to the wall where I can call to make an appointment. So I grabbed one and walked out. Again I’m new to this and still not sure how this works so a little guidance would have been appreciated and not just a chuckle. The store I give a 5 star. The company and its customer service and support staff is the absolute worst. You'll never be able to contact the Sebring store ever. I haven't had a huge issue yet but if you ever did good luck trying to get any help on the phone. When I got told today If I was on snaps I could get an extra discount. I Think about that if you don't work and you're lazy they reward you if you work like I do and work really hard you don't get any extra incentives or discounts. That's the most flawed way of thinking I've ever heard. At the end of the day this company is about their bottom line not your health. That does not take away from the quality personnel that works in the store they do a good job the recommendations are good and the owners are nice. So once again for the Sebring store gets 5 stars and so do the good people that work there.

It's a grand opening today, I was one of the first customers, they don't have their own products. But don't worry I was told they will have it later, it's a GRAND OPENING, why would they have it later? Their solution, I can buy a more expensive smaller product because there are choices with those.... This new location is ran just like Lakeland, profits for the company through a lack of "product"(choices) for the consumer. Then I have to pay more because there are no other products. Took my first trip to Sebring to check out the grand opening at Trulieve's 78th store. Even though there are a ton of people here today, there's ample parking, a large lobby, and friendly faces. Staff is moving through express orders quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Always appreciate the apparel giveaways from both Trulieve and Sunshine Cannabis. Trulieve is vertically integrated, as are all of the Florida cannabis brands. Being vertically integrated means they oversee the entire process from seed to sale. Trulieve dispensary products are grown from their own cannabis plants from seed or cuttings, harvested, and processed into a variety of products. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Trulieve
Upon arrival at this dispensary, you’ll enter a designated waiting area before going into the retail area with staff. The dispensary staff work with you to explain all of the cannabis products available. Budtenders may make recommendations that are based on your doctor’s recommendation.

If you have an active medical card, you can pick from a wide array of cannabis products. Various delivery methods of the different cannabinoids have been approved by the DOH, including edibles, inhalation, oral, sublingual, topical, traditional flower and even suppositories. There is no obligation to buy your entire milligram limit at once; instead, you can purchase less if you so desire and then buy more during another visit or at another dispensary. Service is fast and staff is always friendly, welcoming and very helpful at this location. I LOVE the staff at the Sebring location, but since they did the web redesign I’ve wanted to pull my hair out. Last week my order was canceled because “card expired” - nope, it expires the 8th of Feb. Then they got my address wrong (and city!) after I tried to order today, though I’ve gotten delivery for awhile now. Their products ARE good, you’d do better off just going into the store til they work the kinks out on web page. 😐

Delivery driver stole my mother's in laws delivery, been almost impossible to recover anything ( mg/grams or payment) they gave 1 eighth out of a half ounce correction and corrected nothing on the inhalation or edibles. Hiring an attorney tomorrow, filling police report today.

Concentrate Carts tend to be dark brown some can be the good gold but you must request to see these ahead of time if you want to get one in which is quality. Its not preferable also when different budtenders allow me to see the cart and others wont remove it from the bottle and make me look in the cracks between both ends of the label. I shouldnt have to request to look at carts due to lack of quality for the SAME PRICES, but its seems like I have to do a deep look here to make sure I am getting the best quality for the best price. If not youll be charged $70 for a gram of dark brown distillate concentrate in which is diluted. Same goes for bud, it can be scary trying a new strain cause you dont know what youll get and the pictures attached show another strain

If you have been to one of these locations, you've been to em all basically. Customer service is terrible, corporate no accountability at its finest. Long wait times, whether you walk in or check in online ahead of time, expect to wait 30 minutes at least most days. You wait outside, then go inside and wait and then get taken to another room to wait some more. Terrible place if you have ptsd I loath this company and so do most others after a few visits. Make sure your flower hasn't been opened and skimped. It has happened to me several xs overall. If you can go someonewhere else, just do it. Stay away from this place. Management will just respond with send us an email and never contact you back. Corporate drones at its finest here. Staff will lie to you vs. just saying they don't know something they mess up what they dispense things under its a mess worst run dispensaries in the state of Florida. Profits over patients with this place for sure

I’m sure this place can be great. However, my first impression was not great. First of all I have never been to a place like this so when I walked in I didn’t expect to be laughed at. So then she continued to tell me I need a medical card and pointed over to the wall where I can call to make an appointment. So I grabbed one and walked out. Again I’m new to this and still not sure how this works so a little guidance would have been appreciated and not just a chuckle. So her level of ignorance was enough for me to not return and go elsewhere.

Always clean. Clerks very nice & helpful. Instead of pulling from a central location the clerks have to go theu several different stations to find the right product. They go the extra mile for sure. Very knowledgeable about their products. Wish they would bring sugar free products back for their diabetics & offer the sales to their homebound customers. I'm been told so many times that I have to come in to take part in the sales. I'm legally blind & can't drive. Sometimes I can get a ride but mostly not. So the great sales are not for your disabled customers unfortunately.

The store I give a 5 star. The company and its customer service and support staff is the absolute worst. You'll never be able to contact the Sebring store ever. I haven't had a huge issue yet but if you ever did good luck trying to get any help on the phone. When I got told today If I was on snaps I could get an extra discount. I Think about that if you don't work and you're lazy they reward you if you work like I do and work really hard you don't get any extra incentives or discounts. That's the most flawed way of thinking I've ever heard. At the end of the day this company is about their bottom line not your health. That does not take away from the quality personnel that works in the store they do a good job the recommendations are good and the owners are nice. So once again for the Sebring store gets 5 stars and so do the good people that work there.

It's a grand opening today, I was one of the first customers, they don't have their own products. But don't worry I was told they will have it later, it's a GRAND OPENING, why would they have it later? Their solution, I can buy a more expensive smaller product because there are choices with those.... This new location is ran just like Lakeland, profits for the company through a lack of "product"(choices) for the consumer. Then I have to pay more because there are no other products. Go to Avon park and shop One Plant, I have yet to be taken advantage of there.

Took my first trip to Sebring to check out the grand opening at Trulieve's 78th store. Even though there are a ton of people here today, there's ample parking, a large lobby, and friendly faces. Staff is moving through express orders quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.Always appreciate the apparel giveaways from both Trulieve and Sunshine Cannabis. If I've ever back in Sebring, I won't hesitate to stop by.
