Well... I walked in as a first time customer knowing somewhat the verbiage I was looking for. I was encouraged to visit Vidacann from a couple of support groups across a few different platforms.First impression... not great. Not when I know verbiage as a newbie vs the experienced consultant.. and for specific needs...bottom line.. a waste of my time and $. First of all, the associate who checked me out at Vidacann's name is not even printed. I was supposed to have 25% off my first order, but it wasn't honored. The associates need to stop using the sub quality products themselves and remember who's gonna pay the overhead. I'm not. The end. ✌🏻

Most of my experiences here have been amazing. The staff are usually very polite and helpful. But for the past few weeks the product quality has greatly declined. This is the 3rd vape cartridge from vidacann in 3 weeks thats exploded while using. The first 2 I though maybe a fluke but now I understand why you are discounting them. They are trash. I bought all 3 of them on Friday the 12th of November. I called pensacola store today to see if vidacann would stand behind their product. Unfortunately I was told that since its been over a week there is nothing that can be done. Even though we have proof of my purchase not only in the store computer but I have a reciept as well.

I live in FL, but a few hours outside of pcola and we do not have a local vidacann. I was extremely happy with all of my products and they had some strains we dont especially the breath strains, so far i love each one. They all are really are helping with the many symptoms i suffer with, and i appreciate the selection of cheaper products that arent lower in quality. The staff was very friendly, my budtender easily answered the couple questions i had, and the first time patient discount was very generous. There were about 4 or 5 people ahead of me but i didn't wait long which i appreciated. Ill definitely be stopping by next time i come to visit!

I was talked to rude and disrespected by manager Josh and manager Devin at vidacann pensacola location after having a issue where they sold me some mac1 flower that had dead bugs all over it.Neither one of them ever apologized for the bugs and Devin actually said that it wasnt a legitimate claim although I showed her the bugs personally.They both tried to lie to intimidate me which made me feel very uncomfortable and they both had unprofessional attitudes and poor communication skills/customer service.I have spent thousands on top of thousands of dollars at this establishment because I do like the concentrates/carts vidacann offers but I will not be back at this location as long as these two members of management work there because I refuse to be to talked to or treated with disrespect by an employee at a medical facility where I purchase my medication.To many other option in town with good medicine to be treated this way.

Little disappointed in my visit today. Ordered a pickup online and at checkout it went wrong. Miscommunication between myself and them on modifying at checkout, but the original packing wasn’t right either.That was really a simple mistake, no worries. The problem I have and I raised it before in the store, is how they leave a patient vulnerable. The medicine needs to be labeled correctly or it puts a legal patient at risk. Highlighted by this experience today. The bag broke and the labels are not on the actual product container. This is a serious issue for me and I think it should be for them too. It doesn’t look like they care. But their answer, just grab a second bag and not stuff them so full of glass jars. Oh and heres a cup, sticker, and pen. On your way.So thank you for correcting my order. I will need to ask every time I go in that you label the product not the easily broken bags.

When asking about product staff seems aggervated I was asking questions. I have visited all the dispensaries in the area. Vidacann has a great first time discount, in my opinion that's all their worth. My second visit they had an issue with me accompanying my wife, we turned around and left. I received and institutional vibe and did not enjoy the people either visit, product was worth the price after the first time discount. My entire vibe maybe set off by the staff and the way they treated me, I expect smiles and being friendly.

I love that I found this dispensary. It has very unique brands that are pure and nothing cut or added with the medical THC vape cartridges. Not only that, but the effects/strength of their products compared to other nearby dispensaries is way ahead! I feel the product with less than half of what I normally can do. I mean WOW! Please note, make sure your pen is set to the lowest setting, it burns slower and doesn't take much heat at all. I highly recommend you to at least try these awesome products and brands! I walked in the front door & was greeted by a very cute woman working behind the front desk who quickly got my information & I was in the back picking out what items I needed. I waited less than 5 minutes at 12:30pm on a Friday. Anyone that has a medical marijuana card like I do knows if you go to the dispensary it usually takes 2-3hrs before you go to the back!! I can't speak about all dispensaries at Trulieve you have to wait for hours so it was absolutely wonderful to be in-and-out in less than 20min!!! If you are a Medical Marijuana patient with a valid Florida Medical Marijuana card come see the people at Vidacann they'll hook you up right. I forgot to mention the guys in the back working the counter, I talked to all of them & they were all very nice and helpful. I don't remember the guys name that took care of me but he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the products they carried & was able to answer all the questions that I had. I even threw a couple odd ball off the wall type of questions & he nailed it, gotta give him credit for having the knowledge.

Purchasing Marijuana Products at Vidacann

Most of my experiences here have been amazing. The staff are usually very polite and helpful. But for the past few weeks the product quality has greatly declined. This is the 3rd vape cartridge from vidacann in 3 weeks thats exploded while using. The first 2 I though maybe a fluke but now I understand why you are discounting them. They are trash. I bought all 3 of them on Friday the 12th of November. I called pensacola store today to see if vidacann would stand behind their product. Unfortunately I was told that since its been over a week there is nothing that can be done. Even though we have proof of my purchase not only in the store computer but I have a reciept as well.

I live in FL, but a few hours outside of pcola and we do not have a local vidacann. I was extremely happy with all of my products and they had some strains we dont especially the breath strains, so far i love each one. They all are really are helping with the many symptoms i suffer with, and i appreciate the selection of cheaper products that arent lower in quality. The staff was very friendly, my budtender easily answered the couple questions i had, and the first time patient discount was very generous. There were about 4 or 5 people ahead of me but i didn't wait long which i appreciated. Ill definitely be stopping by next time i come to visit!

I was talked to rude and disrespected by manager Josh and manager Devin at vidacann pensacola location after having a issue where they sold me some mac1 flower that had dead bugs all over it.Neither one of them ever apologized for the bugs and Devin actually said that it wasnt a legitimate claim although I showed her the bugs personally.They both tried to lie to intimidate me which made me feel very uncomfortable and they both had unprofessional attitudes and poor communication skills/customer service.I have spent thousands on top of thousands of dollars at this establishment because I do like the concentrates/carts vidacann offers but I will not be back at this location as long as these two members of management work there because I refuse to be to talked to or treated with disrespect by an employee at a medical facility where I purchase my medication.To many other option in town with good medicine to be treated this way.

Little disappointed in my visit today. Ordered a pickup online and at checkout it went wrong. Miscommunication between myself and them on modifying at checkout, but the original packing wasn’t right either.That was really a simple mistake, no worries. The problem I have and I raised it before in the store, is how they leave a patient vulnerable. The medicine needs to be labeled correctly or it puts a legal patient at risk. Highlighted by this experience today. The bag broke and the labels are not on the actual product container. This is a serious issue for me and I think it should be for them too. It doesn’t look like they care. But their answer, just grab a second bag and not stuff them so full of glass jars. Oh and heres a cup, sticker, and pen. On your way.So thank you for correcting my order. I will need to ask every time I go in that you label the product not the easily broken bags.

When asking about product staff seems aggervated I was asking questions. I have visited all the dispensaries in the area. Vidacann has a great first time discount, in my opinion that's all their worth. My second visit they had an issue with me accompanying my wife, we turned around and left. I received and institutional vibe and did not enjoy the people either visit, product was worth the price after the first time discount. My entire vibe maybe set off by the staff and the way they treated me, I expect smiles and being friendly.

I love that I found this dispensary. It has very unique brands that are pure and nothing cut or added with the medical THC vape cartridges. Not only that, but the effects/strength of their products compared to other nearby dispensaries is way ahead! I feel the product with less than half of what I normally can do. I mean WOW! Please note, make sure your pen is set to the lowest setting, it burns slower and doesn't take much heat at all. I highly recommend you to at least try these awesome products and brands! I walked in the front door & was greeted by a very cute woman working behind the front desk who quickly got my information & I was in the back picking out what items I needed. I waited less than 5 minutes at 12:30pm on a Friday. Anyone that has a medical marijuana card like I do knows if you go to the dispensary it usually takes 2-3hrs before you go to the back!! I can't speak about all dispensaries at Trulieve you have to wait for hours so it was absolutely wonderful to be in-and-out in less than 20min!!! If you are a Medical Marijuana patient with a valid Florida Medical Marijuana card come see the people at Vidacann they'll hook you up right. I forgot to mention the guys in the back working the counter, I talked to all of them & they were all very nice and helpful. I don't remember the guys name that took care of me but he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the products they carried & was able to answer all the questions that I had. I even threw a couple odd ball off the wall type of questions & he nailed it, gotta give him credit for having the knowledge.
